When I woke up the next morning I thought my house would be trashed, but to my surprise it was spotless. You wouldn't even know a party had been thrown the previous day. I walked down the stairs, and everything was in order.
The house was quiet, as if there was nobody here but me. I searched the house but my friends were nowhere to be found. I checked my phone and there was a message from Harry.
Harry: Sorry we left early. You were sleeping so we didn't want to wake you. We decided to clean up, so you wont have to do it by yourself!!
For a second I thought it was all a dream. I didn't have any friends, no soon to be boyfriend, or a birthday party.
Me: It's okay, but you guys should've woken up so I could help. It was my party.
Harry: Too bad. It's already done. Just ONE LESS PROBLEM for you. See what I did there?
I laughed at that. Harry really was something else. I think i'm going to fall for him, and hard too. He was just so hard to resist. He's such a big softy behind that bad boy image.
Me: That was hilarious! :')
Harry: Ofc it was. I made the joke.
Me: Way to ruin a good mood Harold.
Harry: How did you- i'm going to kill Hanna. I laughed.
Me: You love Hanna too much to hurt her. :P I'm gonna shower.
Harry: By the way. That date I said we're going to have will be tonight. I'm taking you to an amusement park. Dress warm. I'll pick you up at 3 xx
He sent two x's that must mean that he likes me right? I'm so pathetic. I'm so glad we were texting right now, and not talking face to face.
Me: Okaay xx
When I checked the time it was one o'clock. Did I really sleep so late. I must've been really tired. I had two hours until Harry got here, so I have time to find something to wear. He said dress warm, so I guess it's sweater time.
While I was rummaging through my closet to find something, my phone rang. It was Nathan. I smiled. Last night he had asked me to do a cover with him, in the very near future, and I told him sure.
"Banana!" Was all he said. I swear Nate was the weirdest person I have ever met in my life.
"Strawberry!" I replied.
"Grape." He answered.
"You win," I laughed. "What's up?"
"I'm bored." He says. "I called you for some entertainment."
"So you're using me?" I faked hurt.
"I guess so." He chuckled.
"I like your honesty." I replied smiling.
"Whatcha doing girly?"
"I'm just looking for an outfit to wear to the carnival tonight." I answered looking to my closet. I had a grey sweater that said 'KEEP DREAMING' in black letters. I paired it with a grey jeggings, and black converse. "Can I ask you something?"
"Sure."
"I'm going on my first date with Harry tonight. Do you think wearing a sweater would be uhh sexy?" I questioned. "I wanna look good." For him. I added silently.
"I don't believe in love at first sight because it means you're falling in love with someone's looks, not personality," He stated. "What i'm trying to say is you wanting to look sexy for Harry will make him focus on your appearance, and not your personality. Wear what you feel comfortable in. Harry has to like you for you, not for what you wear."
