Aftermath of the final show-chapter 3

Chapter 3-

***Jade's POV***

I was so angry with Leigh-Anne. I couldn't believe that on the final show in Newcastle she would be sitting in her pyjamas 15 minutes before we were meant to go on stage. I think she knew that I wasn't very happy with her but I had promised Jesy and Perrie that I wouldn't bring it up before we performed. That meant that there was only one time to do it, once we had come off stage! However, once we came off stage, the atmosphere was really good. It hadn't felt like this for a while and everyone was so happy. This tour had been a complete success and even though we were so disappointed it had finished, I knew that we were also secretly glad that we wouldn't have to worry about all of the stress which came with tour life. The adrenaline was pumping through my body as soon as I got off the stage and I instantly knew that all that I wanted was to get changed and go to the after tour party with the girls, all of the dancers, the tour staff and all of our friends and family. I knew that this was going to be a good night. All of the boyfriends were coming and I was hoping that once we had all had a drink something didn't kick off and explode over everything that happened earlier.

It was about 11.30pm and most of our family and friends had gone home. In the club in London it was us girls, the dancers and the boyfriends left. Me, Jesy and Leigh were quite drunk and there had been a couple of small confrontations between some of the girls. I knew that if someone didn't do something now, a massive argument was about to happen. I think I thought too late because the next thing I knew I could hear some shouting between Perrie and Leigh over in the corner of the club. I know that Perrie was not only angry but disappointed with Leigh-Anne and she had been trying so hard to keep it all inside but we all knew that soon enough she was going to blow. I managed to quickly grab the attention of Zayn, Sam, Jordan and Jordan because I knew if one of them didn't get involved these two girls were going to fall out. This was the last thing we needed when next week we were going to America and in 3 weeks time we were going to be going into the studio and starting to write the 2nd album.

"I don't get it! I said I was sorry and we weren't even late onto the stage. I understand that you were upset with me but I really needed to speak to my sister about something that is happening back home and I was feeling down so I put in my headphones. It only felt like I had been in there for about 15 minutes and I never wanted to have to get ready in 10 minutes either believe me!"Leigh-Anne sadly said to Perrie who had anger written all over her face.

"To be honest I don't really care! I am sorry for whatever is going on at home and I hope that everything is ok but you knew how important tonight was for me and it really made me sad that you didn't seem very bothered when I told you that we were going on stage in 10 minutes. You should make sure that you keep a look out on the time. If it would have been at the show in London, you would have been extremely angry with us and I don't think it is fair that we just say 'ok, it doesn't matter. you made it in time,' and everything is forgotten." Perrie shouted, becoming uncomfortably close to where Leigh was now backed against the wall.

I turned desperately to Sam and Zayn and said, "Do something, Perrie is really angry and is going to lash out in a minute and Leigh is going to get badly hurt if you don't stop her!"

"Okay." Zayn said as him and the three other boys started to walk over to where the girls were. Me and Jesy stayed back as we didn't want to get involved until we had to.

"Come on Perrie, I think that is enough now. Leigh is sorry and it didn't ruin your performance. It was amazing and your family and friends will be so proud of you. Just leave it now and you girls can sort it out tomorrow."Zayn said calmly, trying to get Perrie to back away from Leigh-Anne.

I could see Perrie debating this in her head but she still wasn't moving any further away from Leigh. It looked like she was going to do something she regretted so even though I didn't want to get involved, I was hoping Perrie would listen to me. Even though I was angry with what Leigh did earlier, I don't think it should be taken this far so that we fall out over it.

"Come on Perrie, just step away now. This isn't the time to discuss this situation. All of us have had a drink and we don't want to say something that we don't actually mean." I calmly but sternly said to Perrie as the boys started to step back. I moved closer to Perrie and I could see in her eyes that she had decided to give up now.

"This isn't over!"Perrie said quite angrily to Leigh as I slowly grabbed hold of her hand and walked her out of the club. I called a cab and managed to get her home and I was just hoping that tomorrow in the studio, she wouldn't bring it up again when everyone was sober.
