Wally fell to his knees, crying after losing another battle to Brendan. ' I don't understand, I've trained, created new strategies, even changed my Pokémon a few times... You are too strong' He sobbed, head in his hands. Brendan walked over to Wally, lifting his head from his hands, and staring directly into his eyes. Brendan wiped Wally's green, tear drenched hair from his face, and held it.
' Wally, you have come so far since I first met you. You were just a shy, nervous kid who didn't know how to train a Pokémon, to someone who I am lucky to call my rival. You have had such an inpact on my life, and I am so happy you want to try your hardest do defeat me. You have such courage, I have never seen on anyone else... and I... Wally walked back towards Brendan, and kept edging closer. Their noses were just touching when Wally leaned in one last bit futher, closed his eyes...
