Marvin sat in his room, headphones on and youtube on. He had done some research into hypnotism, and found the person he thought was the most qualified. He had paid him to make a youtube video customized to him so it had the best chance at working.

Marvin just wanted to forget.

Forget about the fans, the struggles, the problems. He just wanted something new.

He knew that wasn't how hypnotism worked. It was a lot more state of mind and less actual magic, but he would put a forgetfulness spell around his bed, it wasn't normally strong enough to do anything massive, but with him in a deep state of relaxation and already trying to forget, it would make everything a lot smoother in terms of forgetting.

Marvin put the spell over his bed and started the video, laying down so he could relax the most. He let the sound of the person's voice let him drift away, sounds of the fans lessening with each step. The memories of the egos slowly drifting away.

Even the backstory he had created for himself melted away. The only thing he had left was the memory of the video in which he was created.

He woke up, and he only had one initial thought, where am I?
