Jacob saw a doctor walk out of the operation room, he recognized him, it was y/n's doctor.
As fast as he could he shot up and went over to him.
"Excuse me sir, but you're y/n's doctor right, the girl in room 73A?" He asked him desperately wanting answers.
"Yes, I am." The doctor said kind of taken aback by the boys' crazy behavior but Jacob didn't care.
"How did the surgery go?" He asked the man and received a smile from the male.
"It went great, we think she'll wake up soon." The doctor said and looked the boy up and down. "Are you her boyfriend?" He asked him.
"Yes, sir I am." The boy smiled proud of his title.
"She's lucky." The man muttered as he walked away, properly on his way a well-deserved lunch.
Jacob's hope did nothing but grow to the expectation that he soon could be with his girlfriend.
He found his place in his chair outside of her room again and before he knew he fell asleep.
Once again he was shaken awake by someone, assuming it was a nurse, he tiredly mumbled, "I'm not visiting anyone you can't send me home."
"Jacob it's me, Soojung." A familiar female voice said, and his head instantly shot up to see Soojung, y/n's best friend.
"How long have you-" She said, but before she could end her sentence, Jacob stood up and gave her a giant hug of sadness and comfort.
"I'm here for her." He mumbled as he started to cry.
