"Princess?" Jacob asked 'trying' to find y/n, even though he saw her hide behind the big tree beside the lake, but he decided to tag along.
"Where are you?" He said in a singing voice as he walked around the tree.
y/n stood her back to him, looking out for Jacob.
Grabbing her shoulders and pulling her towards him, earning a little scream from her.
"Got you, princess" He chuckled and turned her around to peck her lips.
"Not fair!" She exclaimed and crossed her arms, just earning an even bigger smile from her boyfriend.
"I'm sorry baby, happy birthday." He said and pulled her towards the little picnic he had set up just for her.
"I have all your favorites here." He said and pulled her down to sit on the blanket with him.
Pulling out a sandwich and handed it to her, and she instantly started munching on the delicious combination of bread, cheese, and ham.
"y/n?" Jacob suddenly said, and she stopped munching on her food and gave him a cute look."
She swallowed her food and was back with her cute expression.
Jacob handed her a small present. "Open it." He said happily and rested his head on his palm as he watched his girlfriend open her birthday present.
In the box was a necklace, it was a silver chain with a purple crystal at the end.
"Omg Jacob I love it!" She exclaimed.
When Jacob walked home that day the sadness had come back.
y/n didn't remember anything about her birthday and certainly didn't show any signs of knowing the necklace.
He went home and found another picture.

When Jacob had closed the door to her room and you were all alone, you pulled out the necklace that was hidden under your hospital gown.
"Were we really together?" You mumbled as faint images of you being with a boy eas shown in her head.
