Still Nico’s POV
I look around as I go to pull out my sword but before I could I was attacked by something. It literally jumped on me and I blacked out. Though the last thing I remembered seeing was a dog….that was smiling.
I couldn’t move my body. I didn't know what was happening to me. I felt like I was at camp. No not any camp...a forbidden camp. Was there even one? Nah..was there? I heard whispers and mumbles.
“Who the hell is this kid?” some guy said.
“Shut up little brother, let the kid rest” another man responded.
“As if. This kid just comes wandering outside our camp borders. What camp is here from anyways?”
“It doesn’t matter now she’ll murder us for waking the child up.” the older one I believe responded.
Who were these people? Was there another camp for different demigods?! Oh my gods, how many gods are there? Well I guess these people aren’t demigods. The guys I overheard were clearly adult men. Why are there adult men at a camp? Are they some type of guards? I honestly didn’t know.
“Is he awake yet?” a female voiced asked followed by footsteps.
I heard the guys from before shuffle into place. I moved my head a bit. YES I CAN MOVE MY HEAD NOW. I tried to move the rest of the body. I was able to! Wait….. Did I black out? No I didn’t, people did this to me! They tackled me. Dear gods get me out of here.
“He’s clearly moving his head, idiots” the girl said.
“Wut” a guy responded
“He wasn’t before!”
I heard footsteps coming my way. I couldn’t open my eyes but I could move every other limb. I felt a cold hand on my forehead. Jesus Fuckin christ. Does that damn cold hand belong to the guys or the girl?
“Hmph. He isn’t good on heat temperature. You guys didn’t wake him up to give him the medicine to you did you?” spoke the girl.
“N-No, we didn’t my lady” one of the guys.
“What?! My gods! Hey boy wake up” she said.
She shook me a awake and I groaned, opening my eyes.
“Ow” I whined.
“Oh calm down you’ll be fine you just need to take this pill. The pain will go away soon.” the girl said.
I turned my head towards her. My gods. She was beautiful. She had dark raven hair that outshined her deadly pale face. I looked at her face as she held a cup and two pills in front of me. She had brownish sea blue green eyes and kissable lips. Gods,..She's gorgeous. How old was she anyways? To me she looked like she’s 16.
“I’m 23 and I appreciate the comments on my looks.” she looked at me and smirked.
“Say- Did-......Did you read my mind?” I asked.
“It’s hard not to actually.”
“The hell?! What are you?” I asked
Now that sounded rude but I honestly didn't care. I just wanted answers. I’m just confused as to what was going on now.
“Well first thing's first. These bozos over here knocked you out. They thought you were an enemy.” she said pointing at two grown men.
“Hey!” said the guys.
I looked at them and noticed that both of them looked like twins. Both had freckles on their face and bleachy hair but they had differences.
“The taller one with green eyes is Blake. The shorter one with orangy eyes is Peter.” the girl said answering my question.
I looked back at the girl.
“What’s your name?” I asked without thought.
She hesitated and looked away. She looked back at me and opened her mouth. I leaned forward to hear her.
“My name is….”
