 Hello everyone its Isabel I'm sorry due to the lack of updates considering I really need my grades brought up but I hope all is well and everyone is fine and doing great This chapter may be a little short and I am once again sorry for taking so long to update. so now here's another chapter of Betting With The Bad Boy.

_Sorry had to update a part on here because it weirdly deleted it? but yeah_

The 1st block was a bore once again as I barely listened to Mr.K. I believe I fell asleep in the second block due to lack of naps I've had. I laid my head down staring at the clock letting the second handle switch between numbers as I just kept thinking of food because I have the last lunch of the day along with everyone in this class.

I packed my things knowing the bell was about to ring "Mrs.Harp the bell does not dismiss you, I do" I sighed and fell back into my chair slouching. Is it just him that does this? All my teachers are glad its time to go as well as the students we literally only have 1 minute until the bell.

The bell rang as everyone had gotten up to leave I see the black mustang that I think was Max's pull right up into the driveway.

I shrugged and flattened out the dress that I was still wearing going into the crowded halls. 

"Hey watch it!" Some random girl I've never seen before says to me after she bumped into me.I just shrug my shoulders walking into the halls along with the other hundred people going to get lunch. Honestly, I think the lunch room in this school is the biggest room in this school not to mention the 4 lines were able to be in so we have enough time to eat.

I found ruby already sitting at our table with two treys already there ready to be slaughtered. I went over pulling the chair out as I sat putting my heavy bookbag on the floor gabbling the food into my belly. Ruby laughed as I had a bit of a mustache from the milk I sipped. Ruby slid her phone over to me "look at this!",

I didn't get to see it because somebody had grabbed it from right under my nose. "What yall looking at?" Max appeared still wearing the clothes I had got him as I can see the other girls around the lunch room with heart eyes. Does he really get this much attention? 

"Don't you ever get tired of the attention?" I asked Max as he takes a seat beside me going through what it seemed to be Rubys gallery. 

"Nah you just get used to it." He looked up from the phone getting a smug ass look " why getting jealous?" 

I laughed "Yea right as if." I got up to throw my trash away as I once again bump into Glasses which his name I forgot.. 

"Hey," He said smiling politely as I tended to feel awkward. I didn't want to be rude and ask what his name was so I just said hi back.

"This isn't weird at all. Hince the sarcasm " He said as I laughed to myself "Yeah" As the awkwardness rolled back in. "Well, I'll be over there if you care to join me and my friends it doesn't bother me." I walked away as I almost got to my table he cares to take a seat beside me

Max looks up from Ruby's phone that he was still grasping onto. He looked at me and then looked at Glasses and paused to pull me away He grabbed my hand and lead me far away from the table. "Why is he sitting there?"

 Max asked letting go of my hands, "Well I invited him since well there's nothing else to do, Is there a problem ? or are you just jealous" I nagged Max crossed his arms looking at the table with glasses and faced back to me 

"No it's just he seems so familiar and remember, If I cant be a so-called hoe neither can you "He points to me I rolled my eyes "I didn't say we cant have friends. " He got closer to my face "So does that mean I can have friends with benefits" I pushed him away from me as it didn't do anything because he didn't move a muscle. 

"No" I walked back to the table taking a seat next to Ruby as I could tell her curiosity killed her. She then leaned in to my ear and whispers "What did he say? and why is this guy here?" I looked at her and smiled and grabbed her phone to write a message.

She takes the phone from my hands and reads and started nodding "ohhhhhhhhhh" she puts to hands on the table "so Blaze why are you here?" she said so that's a weird way to say it but yeah. 

Ruby doesn't beat around the bush sometimes depends on her mood temper and attitude but other than that she's pretty cool and nice to hang around been friends for years now. I feel like I feel like I know her sometimes even better then herself Normally I can read people like a book but with Max, I can tell he has a lot of secrets. Not sure if I want to find them out,

"Do you really need those glasses?" Max said I kicked Max under the table with my foot and instead of hurting him he grabbed my foot and rubbed little circles on my foot it felt weird but relaxing but weird I tried kicking him again and he started tickling my foot.

I laughing felt like dancing with ants in my pants because I was twitching and all over the place laughing then snorted everyone at the table including glasses began to laugh Max let go of my foot and as I was still laughing with the rest of the table. Everyone else in the lunch room was dead silent trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with me.

I caught my breath seating back fully in my chair staring at the table in embarrassment. The table got silent until glasses toke out a schedule. "So I got a new schedule today since the old one didn't work out with the school they changed it so yall 3 mind taking a look seeing if you any of my classes?" He slid the paper in the middle of the table.

I scanned it over with my finger seeing that everyone last one of his classes are mine. "What are you training for and studying for to be? " I asked and he talked proudly " A doctor and to give to others." 

When he said the word doctor I swore Max Eyes froze as if he was tracing back to something but I didn't know what I could hear his phone begin to buzz alongside the table. 

 "Well I got all your classes," I said, weird I thought to myself A guy I just met the other day in detail knew my name and now has every last one of my classes Ruby looked it over and since she only has one class with me she to had a 1st block with him. 

"I got your 1st block," She said shoving towards max. Max picked up the schedule "I have none of your classes" he put the schedule down and got up from his chair. 

"I'm going to go," Max said "Where to lunch is almost over you can wait a few moments," I said looking him in the eyes. "No can do Bubblegum princess." He grabbed the jacket off the chair covering his muscles up while putting it on walking out the lunch room as girls giggled.

What was that about?
