I sat on the island beach with a sigh, “God why he fuck didn’t I just experiment on guinea pigs? I can kill those. They can’t be kidnapped… Easily.”

I peered up at the moon and gave a small sigh, fuck I miss those guys.

My IPad gave a Skype signal and I walked over to it and answered my main man Kirk, head of security, “What up my man?”

“Targets are secure mam they’re all asleep Ms.Loner. Except the colored eyed one he’s still out in the back smoking.”

I knew he was thinking on the past I let out a sigh agitated, bad days, “Thanks Kirk. Go home and get a days rest, knowing them they’ll stick together for a day or two.”

“Thank you Ms.Loner,” he spoke.

I shrugged, “You got family too bro. Night.”

I told my brother to hush about Maxilina’s past. That we would sort it all out when she returned.

The next day at school I noticed Lilliana was smiling and being her true self, a daredevil but so kind all in the same little bundle.

At lunch she sat next to me and wrapped her fingers around mine giving me a small smile, she seemed as if all the demons had been laid to rest and she was content. We were starting over and I don’t think I could have been happier than I was right then.

I guess the bitch roll just wasn’t me. I had too much heart for that non sense of ignoring him. It’s not like he only went out with me just for my sister. He had to have liked me but my sister distracted him is all. Yeah, yeah that was all.

I opened my locker for my next class and startled when I found a tape inside. Like one of those old detective ones. I tugged my headphones off my IPod and plugged them into the device, “She’s just some girl. Laura beauty of I fell in lust with Laura. And when I told her, well it just happened. And every time she’d come… I couldn’t stop. I stopped to think how it would hurt Lilly. I only hang out with her for that. I noticed how much she cared for me.”

I recognized Lexandro’s voice immediately and stilled. She’s just some girl.

My throat thickened to a sickening degree. Really? I took steady breaths and ripped out my headphones before shoving them in my purse and slamming my locker.

Some girl indeed.

I hated that I had my next class with Lexandro and I walked straight up to him and slammed down the recorder, “You are a pathetic excuse for a human being.”

“Ms.Holloway! Sit down this-“

“I turned to the snappy old senior seminar teacher, “Shut the fuck up. And SIT! Down! bitch!” Amazing how obedient she was I turned back to Lexandro, “I honestly thought you could change, that speech really got to me Lex and fuck sake I fell for it again but.” I tapped the recorder, “This time someone helped me out before you could hurt me again.” My expression softend at his shocked look, “Who am I joking,” I leaned down beside his ear so only he could hear, “I’ll always love you Lexandro. And I know you’re not capable of this, usually. But my sister is a pretty girl. I don’t blame you. You’ll be much happier with her than you ever could with me.”
