"No!" Johnny yell out trying to get to his wife but the doctor held him back as they try to disconnect her monitors. Johnny eventually made his way to April holding her limp body, tears flow from his eyes non stop. He couldn't believe she was gone. There was no signs of any problems, one day they were planning the rest of their life and now she was gone from his life.

Later that day, Johnny looked down at His son Thomas inside of NICU. He was in a incubator so he was unable to touch him, they were monitoring his heart rate and trying to keep him warm amongst other things.

"How am I going to take care of you without your mother son?" Johnny said putting his hands on the glass.

"You should've seen her eye's the moment we found out we were going to have you. She was so happy. I don't know how I'm going to do this alone, but I can't let your mother down."

Johnny let his tears flow once more.

"April, I Love you so much, and I need you more than ever." Johnny cry out.

Johnny sat next to his son's Incubator. No doubt Johnny was scared to death about taking care of Thomas on his own but He couldn't give up the only piece of April he had. He promised to raised his son the best way he could.

He did what he promised, After a month Johnny was able to take Thomas home, at first it was hard, the long nights and stressful days on top of grieving his wife, Johnny was ready to give up but he thought about April and kept moving, soon it began to get a little easier day by day. Johnny made his focus his son and providing for him. He hadn't falling in love or found serious interest in anybody since April's death and he had explained his mom's death and everything he knew about her to Thomas as he grew. He always made sure never to lie to him and Always show him how much he loved him. He wanted him to grow up like his mother with morals and value and that is what Johnny was teaching his son day by day.
