Chapter 3: Expressions

Jungkook's POV

"Here, let me help you up." V said to me as he reached his hand out as an offer to pull me up. I hesitated for a moment, but I accepted. I grabbed his hand and he pulled me up very easily, and as he was pulling me up, I thought to myself, "Wow... his hands are really soft and...wait... What did I just say? We haven't even met yet! Then... why am I feeling this feeling in my stoma..." I stop thinking as I collide into V, forcing us into an awkward hugging position. I start blushing like crazy. Me and him stood there for a few moments... but then... my body got the best of me and... well... let's just say I felt something spring up. I was so embarrassed... but... to be honest... I don't think he noticed. Thank god! I would have died...

"Um... Jungkook?" V said to me. "D-Don't say anything..." I replied back. He didn't say anything after that. For a few more moments we still continued to hug, but we eventually stopped. I start to trail my hands from around his waist area, down to his arms, and finally to his hands. We... Um... held hands for a few minutes, until V checked the time on his phone, and it said 7:50 as the time. "Well... I'd better get to school... I can't really waste anymore time here. My friend texted me telling me to get my ass over to the school before I'm late. So it's urgent that I get to school before he kicks my ass. Unless you... want to... walk to school together..?" V asked me. "T-That would be nice... I guess. And besides, we can actually get to know each other!" I piped. And with that, we start walking together. For a few minutes, there was some REALLY awkward silence, until Kim decided to break the ice with some questions. "So... is this your first time being in America?" V asked me. "Y-yea... never been here in my life, but something tells me I'll like this country a lot." I replied back. "That's great to hear. Well, me personally, I've been here for a few years, and I've grown to love it here. So if you ever need any help getting used to this place, or if there something that you don't know about, or if someone is annoying you, or anything of that nature, just come and tell me, alright? I'm here for you, dude. Even if we have just met each other..." V explained. I smiled at the fact that he was being so open with me... but at the same time, I was getting really embarrassed as well... I don't know why... maybe it's because I'm around him... or is it... I have no idea why. After that, V and I kept on talking about random facts and other stuff while walking to school. Gladly, we weren't late. I got to spend time with V as well. So win win situation! Maybe this could turn into a beautiful relationship. Only time will tell.
