Nathans transition

" Who the hell was that??" I was so mad I wanted to rip that guy apart.

Amara looked at us with compassion.

" his name is Marcus, he's Henric's right hand man, and really bad news"

" Oh my god they know we're coming" me, Anya , Shalyah, Cali and Aaron said all at once.

We all sat there making a plan and finally came to agreement after probably 10 or 15 minutes after we got in the car.

" what about Nathan, when should he be waking up?" Anya asked after ten more minutes.

"right about, now" Cali said politely.

Shalyah opened her mouth to say something but was cut off.

"Huuuuuuuhhhh ah ha ah , holy.shit"

Nathan's awake.

"What happened how did I get here?" He asked which broke my heart.

Shalyah looked up at us with a compassionate look.

"I'll tell him" Anya began to start the story as Nathan looked up with a horrific look on his face." But everything's gonna be fine we got blood so you can complete the transition, here" Shalyah gave Nathan a sad smile and handed him the bottle and Nathan took it without even thinking

* an hour later*

" Wait Nathan slow down we can't keep up!" Anya laughed as we ran through the field and up the daisy covered hills, while Nathan smiled like an idiot the entire time which really annoyed me because he's so immature.

" I FEEL SO GOOOOOOOOOOD!" Nathan screamed and shouted the entire time,

" C'mon guys LETS GOOOO!"

"NATHAN YOU LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT!" Shalyah screamed.

"I DONT CARE I FEEL SOOOOO GOOOD !" Nathan yell as loud as he could in joy.

"Don't hurt yourself hahaha!" Cali chimed while running next to Aaron, as Nathan fell on his face, how ironic...

" ok I'm done let's go" Nathan chimed fully calm now , thank god.

"Having fun?" Amara said walking out of the ranch house, which she compelled the owner of to let us stay at.

" well at least Nathan is!" Aaron chirped happily, as Cali and him walked in front with Nathan behind him with Anya (who he kept throwing up in the air) and me, Shalyah and Amara walking behind them all.

" you think he'd react differently ya know, like he'd be depressed or something I mean am I right, you've seen his before, haven't you Amara? He'll have to out live his entire family and group of friends and go to there funerals right?" Shalyah asked looking at Amara intently.

" yes but he doesn't realize that now,but he will in about fifty years he'll realize the flaws of never dying and never growing old ,all magic has a price and that's just the way it is and will always be" she said looking down at the ground with a sad smile ,she must know all about that, I guess i didn't realize how hard of a life Amara's had before now.

"How long did it take you?" I began to say " ya know to realize that?"

"I'm still trying and will always try to cope with the way I am, but the worse part is the lost in memory, sometimes I can't Even remember my little Maeve's face or my best friends or fathers or mothers,but I guess that's just the price I pay " she said still looking down at the ground.

"That's immortality darlings"

Then we laughed and talked until midnight and then went to bed, wow what a day, I was still thinking about what Amara said that afternoon and the price she pays.
