Chapter 16~ Missing Their Hacker

Takara's POV

"Thank you so much." I bowed as the door shut with a click. "Okay! Got my apartment, now... I should go shopping..." Since the others left the hotel, they probably took my things with them... But it's not like we had a lot in the first place... wait a minute... "My gramps book!" It's still locked in the drawer! "Alright, calm down Takara. I just have to get into the hotel and get it..." I muttered, pulling out my phone. "And I just know how to get it..."

Takuto's POV

"Takuto, what did I say about packing lightly and only the things you need?" Riki asked, pacing back and forth. The others were sitting around watching.

"But I needed Shiffey..." I replied, hugging one of the Shiffey plushies close to me.

"Hahh... I give up..." Riki face-palmed and sighed. "Alright fine. Just don't start putting it in our closets."

"Too late..."

"What was that?"

"Nothing..."

"Okay? Anyways, let's go check out the perimeter of the mansion."

"Right!"

Hiro's POV

"Why the hell am I paired up with you?" Takkun groaned as we were walking across the street of the mansion.

"Rikkun's orders, Takkun." I said, glancing around like how a tourist would. Don't want to look suspicious.

"Whatever."

"Miss. Takara al---"

"No!"

"Did you even tell her that you are on va-cae?"

"No... I probably should..."

I gave him a knowing look and he stammered.

"S-so she c-could tell our boss, s-stupid!"

"Whatever you say..."

"Whatever..." Takuto scoffed, texting on this phone. "... That's weird."

"What?"

"Says that the number is no longer in use..."

"Maybe because we're out of the country?"

"Doubt it..." Takuto shook his head, muttering other words to himself.

Hmm... Wonder if something happened... But I'm pretty sure Takuto will do something about it. I thought to myself as I touched my earpiece. "Leader, we're done checking the east side of the mansion."

"(Great, Ken and I just finished as well. Head back to the hotel.)"

"Roger that." I beamed happily and started skipping. "Come on Takkun! To the hotel!"

"Stop shouting you idiot! People will get the wrong idea!"

"Sorry sorry!" I smiled innocently. "Let's go."

The Black Foxes had parked their van a good distance from the mansion, out of the cameras' range...

"Okay guys, remember the plan. Right after Takuto takes out the power of this block, Boss will come around and try to convince the owner to let him check on it. Hiro is going with him. In disguises of course. Ken and I are taking the back window that is on the same floor as the invention. Any questions?"
