Neji x reader

Your eyes open, realising your still in the corner of the room, you slowly stand up holding your side as bolts of pain shoot across your body.
Going over to the bathroom you undress, tracing your fingers over the bruises on your back and neck. You let hot water from the shower calm your aches and pains.
How could this happen to you?
"If only Neji had stayed..he would have been able to save me" you let your tears fall again.
Stepping out the shower your warp yourself in your towel. Once you open the door your greeted by Toshiro siting on the bed, with his head in his hands muttering something to himself.

You back up slowly into the bathroom but he notices you're there, he blocks you from closing the door with his hand.
"Listen (YN) I shouldn't have done what I did...I'm sorry" he reached out his other hand to your face, you slap it away. Did he really think you would forgive him and forget what he did?
"Don't touch me! Is this how you would treat Sarah?" He frowned at you he was getting angry again.
He gripped the door "of course I wouldn't I love her"  you moved from the door before he could try and grab you "then why are you treating me like this?" He cornered you "because every time I look at you I'm reminded that I can't have Sarah"  bawling up his fist, your eyes shut waiting for the impact, he hits the wall. He backs up and leaves the room. 
Rushing over you lock the door, you did not deserve this!

You got dressed trying to hide any bruises on your neck with makeup and packed your bags.
You were going to leave today
You exited the room and made your way downstairs with your bags in your hand. One of the maids greeted you, asking why your bags were packed you simple told her your leaving not telling her why or where your going.
You headed towards the front door, your own village wasn't far from Toshiro's.
"(YN)!!" Toshiro's voice startles you and so you unlock the door swinging it open.
"You can't leave (YN) get back here NOW!" You run as fast as you could with your stuff, your heart racing, you look behind you he was running after you.
You were getting near the entrance of the village only to be stopped by guards.
Toshiro's catches up grabbing your hair, he thanks the guards and drags your back into the house.
You kick and scream but none cares the maids look away, his father does nothing. He throws you inside your room. "Your gonna stay in here and leave when I say you can leave!" He throws your stuff inside the room as well as slamming  the door behind him, you hear him lock it from the other side.
You run over to the window, looking out you notice you are very high up so you can't jump from this height. You hear the door unlock, quickly shutting the window you go over to the bed. Toshiro walks in you couldn't tell if he's angry or not.
"(YN) i know you want to go to friends wedding next week but the way your acting, trying to run away..I don't think I can allow it" you look at him in shock is he really going to tell you where you can and cannot go! You walk over to him "are you serious! You realise I'm running away from you right! because your a crazy motherfu-" you hit the ground, the side of your face stinging from his slap.
He immediately becomes apologetic and you move away from him. "(YN) if your good and listen to me i will allow you to go" you nod in agreement not wanting to upset him any further, you had to play good for only a couple more days because once your in Konoah you can get help.

Time skip day before Naruto and Hinata's wedding

You've been trapped in your room for days he even controls when you eat.
You've cried countless nights, wanting this to be over.
Your awoken by the bedroom door opening "(YN) get ready you have 5 mins before we leave to Konoah" he closes the door back.
You felt a ray of hope hearing those words, you pack some clothes and get ready.

In the carriage,  you sit quietly avoiding any eye contact or any interaction with Toshiro. He doesn't seem bothered by your silence. After a few hours of silence you can see the huge Konoah gate, Toshiro notices your excitement "don't get too happy, we're going straight to your compound I'm not letting you out of my sight" your heart dropped once again.

Waking to the Tsubaki compound you could see Hinata at one of the food stalls. Toshiro didn't seem to notice , if you called out to her loud enough she would hear you and you'll have no choice but to converse with her. "Hinata!!!" You shouted, Toshiro pulls you close to him "if you mention anything I'll make you suffer" he puts his arm around you in a loving way as Hinata was getting closer. "Ahh (YN) chan your here!!!" You smile at her
"I can't believe your getting married congratulations!!" Toshiro's arm around you prevents you from moving
"Thank you! I'll come over and visit you later -"
Toshiro interrupts "No that won't be necessary (YN) is very tired she would rather be alone, isn't that right babe?" You look at him with hate in your eyes, looking back at Hinata giving a fake smile, she looked confused "I'm sure (YN) chan can tell me her self thank you" you praised Hinata in your head, but Toshiro speaks before you could "I think we should be going now congrats on your engagement" he pushes you along, you look back at Hinata and giving her a 'save me' look hopefully she gets the hint.

At Tsubaki compound he locks you in your room which is not surprising to you. You sit by your window looking for any familiar faces, after a while you lay on your bed staring into the ceiling. The door opens you look expecting to see Toshiro's face but are greeted with Neji! He places his index finger on his lips indicating you to be quite. He slowly closes the door behind him. You get up and wrap your arms around him resting your head in the crook of his neck, letting your tears fall finally you felt safe.
He brings your face to meet his worry in his eyes. "Hinata sent me to check on you, she was scared something happened you..it seems she was right" his thumb wiping away a few tears.
He looks closely at your face noticing some bruises and on your neck that you tried to cover with makeup.
He frowns his bakugan activating. "Did-did he do this?" You cried even harder he hugs you tightly "That motherfucker is going to die! I swear if anyone that lays hands on you I'll end them" Neji let's you go giving a peck in the lips. He turns around and strikes the door with his palm, causing it fly off its hinges.
The guards gather around the both of you. Neji doesn't waste time striking each and every one of them before they can even move "you know I can see you right Toshiro" Neji voice sinister and dangerous "better come out and show yourself asshole" Toshiro emerges from the stairs with his hands up, he walks slowly towards both of you. Neji punches him to the ground he then walks over to him holding him down by the neck, landing another punch to the jaw " you think you can lay hands on her and think I won't beat your ass?" Neji lands two more punches this time drawing blood you were pretty sure his nose was broken. Neji continues landing blows "your a sick motherfucker" you walk over "Neji that's enough" Neji looks at you "No this is not enough he hurt you (YN)" "Neji it is, he has a family.. a child that is going to be born"
Neji looks back at Toshiro blood covering his face and gets up.
He grabs Toshiro's unconscious body and drags him out the room informing the maid to take care of him and to clean up the blood.
He comes back in and drops to his knees in front of you, taking your hands he kisses them "(YN) I'm soo sorry I left you back at that house, I wasn't able to protect you, I wasn't there when you needed me-" you cut him off "Neji it's fine, your here now and that's all that matters" he picks you up bridal style "Neji -" "your staying with me"
