Noah's P.o.V

"Thank you for coming, have a wonderful night." I said, holding the door for the last couple of the day. I close the door and lock it so you couldn't open it from the outside but you could from the inside.

"Good job team, wonderful day of work." Tom, our boss, said as he patted me on the back. He was a guy in his late 40's, took this job after his great grandfather.

"Thanks," I said giving him a tired smile. I start cleaning the area and stay long after to make sure everyone is gone, so I can 'lock up' and have that semi-date thing with Alice.

"Noah!" I heard Tom bark from the kitchen, his voice stern.

"Yes sir?" I said, mock saluting him once I had made my way over.

"Who's the lucky girl?" Tom asked nonchalantly, wiping down the table.

"Oh she's this- Wait what?!" I gaped at him. Was I going to get fired? How much did he know?

Tom turns and has a stern look on his face, "Noah...I'm sorry but using that cafe as a way to get girls is very unprofessional. I'm sorry but... you're fired."

I stare at him in disbelief and swallow thickly, "Tom, I swear I won't do it, I'll cancel. But you know how important this job is... it's everything to me, you know how badly I need this." I ran my hand threw my hair, biting my lip in worry.

"Noah... I'm sorry." His voice broke and he turned away, shoulders shaking.

"Are...Are you crying?" I cautiously walked over to his side. He turns around face red with silent laughter.

"Noah... I'm... *Wheeze* just kidding...*Wheeze*" He erupted in laughter, "The... *Wheeze* look on your face...*Wheeze* was priceless...*Wheeze*"

I glare at him until he's done, the aching feeling in my stomach replacing with annoyance. "So, I'm guessing I'm not fired?"

"No, no, not at all. You can bring the girl over, there is some food in the oven. Just lock up, wash the dishes and no sex in the restaurant. Take it to your home."

I roll my eyes and smirk at him, "No promises, just wash the table cloth in case." I winked at him.

He laughs, shaking his head. "You're a good lad, treat the girl right."

"Yes sir," I said saluting him, the second time in the past 5 minutes. I walk off to the back to get dressed. I had brought spare clothes with me so I could change into something nicer.

"Don't forget to lock up!" He calls out a couple minutes later and I hear the sound of the front door opening and closing.

Heaving a deep breath, I look at myself in the mirror and begin to mess with my hair. I was wearing dark jeans, a black dress shirt with a jacket over it and some black shoes I found lying in the back of my closet.

Noah's outfit. (Should Noah have blond hair or black hair?)

I spot a girl wandering outside the cafe once I emerge from the back, she was wearing a black dress, looking confused while she paced outside the building. A feeling of suspicion burns from my stomach, I take light steps to the door.

Leaning over to push open the main door to the cafe, I shoot a dead stare at the girl. "You lost?"

The girl jumps a little in surprise, winding her dark brown hair around her finger as a nervous tick, the only light illuminating her face being the golden street light above. In that view she looked absolutely breathtaking, the light forming faint highlights across her face and hair. Finally, she speaks, "I'm looking for the Petit Grand Cafe...?"
