Allison's POV

" OMG! What is that thing over there?!!" a woman shouted out, pointing. Everyone looked at the center of Lowstalk Park, and saw a flying saucer. I was not shocked though. I am that kind of 16 year old that doesn't  go to parties or school proms. While all that is going on, I am just sitting inside reading my sci-fi, clearly non-fi books about aliens, flying saucers like the one I am seeing right now and other stuff people thought weren't real on Wattpad. But, I guess this saucer finally solved all of those problems. I pushed my way up to the front so I could see what was going to come out of the space craft. To everyone's surprise, except mine, aliens began exiting the craft looking at their new surroundings. Everyone was mumbling with faces full of curiosity and questions. My face was just filled with anxiety and questions, Where did they come from? Did they crash into Earth? Will they take over the world? My head was gonna explode if questions didn't stop popping up in my head.

Finally, the strange creatures said something that not one of the members of the crowd could understand, except the linguist acting all bossy because he was the only one who could understand. The aliens said something to the linguist, Mr. Brown, and he repeated it to us saying, " Greetings to all earthlings, we have come here because our flying saucer crashed.'  We need help from you to fix it. While we are here, we will try our best to be comfortable, accompany you humans and have fun. Everyone nodded their heads to Mr. Brown signalling him to know that we were okay with them staying. He said something to the chief alien, called Alienite, and all the aliens started cheering. I was so excited to learn the language of the aliens, so that I could communicate with them. The aliens came from Saturn, a long distance from Earth, 1.2 billion kilometers away. A proud Mr. Brown continued asking questions and translating answers. After getting a lot of info, I went to my house, opened my Mac book, and started researching on different believers of aliens. There was so much information, not even the Wattpad or library books I read had so much.

It was getting late and although I really wanted to continue my research, I had to go to bed so I get up for more research. I looked outside my window, gazed a the stars and drifted to sleep, thinking of what would happen the next day. "Allison," I heard my mom shouting downstairs with an anxious voice, " wake up! We are gonna see the aliens today." I never heard my mother so excited about unusual creatures before. She was usually frightened about those things. Sometimes, she says she feels a shiver down her spine when she sees insects. I hurriedly found a blouse with Saturn on the front and a flying saucer on the back, and jeans. I ran downstairs, ate my Fruit Loops and followed my mom, Mrs. Allen, to the center of the park where we first saw the aliens. Apparently, we weren't the only persons there. My sci-fi best friend Leah was there, some of my classmates were there, my science teacher Mrs. Campbell,  and other people who were interested in sci-fi or aliens.

Leah spotted and came up to me. Our parents said we could run around the park a little, look at aliens or just have fun. But I didn't want to do any of those things. I just wanted to sit down and read my current Wattpad story:  Zentorinori( Girl X Girl). I was at the last chapter when Leah asked, " Really? You are reading now? Shouldn't you be enjoying yourself while we still have the summer holiday?" I grinned and told her I wasn't studying and that I was reading a sci-fi book. " Oh, can i see?" she said anxiously. " Sure," I replied. " but you better give it back. Last time you took my phone to look at a story, I didn't get it back until the next day." We both chuckled. It felt nice to spend my Saturday with my best friend. I don't think I  would get another chance like this, hanging out looking for aliens. I was getting hungry and said, " Hey Leah, do you want to eat something? I am starving! " She agreed and we went to the fast food place only a short distance away. Leah ordered a burger and I just ordered french fries; I wasn't really hungry. We ate in the store and then I saw my other friend, Kristina walking in with a sad look on her face. I knew something was wrong because she was the kind of person who always tried to get someone in a good mood.

" What's the matter Kris?" Leah asked. She started to cry and said," An alien bit me." I had to make a decision of which question to ask;' Where is the alien?' or 'How do you feel?'. I really wanted to help my friend but............... I did want to see the alien. I made up my mind and said,"  Let's take a walk and discuss what had happened." I didn't want her to know that I was thinking about the alien and not her. We finally came to the scene where the alien bit Kristina; out of nowhere, Kristina's mom, Mrs. Georges, scientists, nurses and news reporters came up to us and pushed me and Leah aside from Kristina. They started inquiring her, " Did the bite hurt?" " Why did he bite you?" " Did any fluid come out of his mouth. I had a feeling it was not Kristina's day so far. Leah had a plan: pretend we got bitten, fake a bite mark, run as far as we can away from those people. But there was one problem. What if my mom found out I got bitten, then realized it was a trick? She would ground me for good, a month maybe!! Leah decided that she would do the prank by herself.

Although she is a good reader and does academically well, she still got into trouble. Last year, she poured counterfeit roaches into Jacob Street's cup noodles and scared the heck out of him. Last month, she put red hair dye in Mrs. Campbell's curly blonde hair. Instead of Leah being suspended, she suspended David Clarke, the bully of Lowstalk Elementary, for 'ruining' her hair. I felt sorry for David, but I couldn't  give up on my best friend, after all, she would never forgive me, EVER!!! So, we agreed. Leah cried out, " She wasn't bit by the alien. I was!!!" Sooner or later, everyone was huddling around Leah. Kristina took a breath of relief. " I thought I was gonna die in that crowd." It was 6 o' clock and it was time for all us 3 girls to go home. " I was so stressed out today, I forgot to ask if you'd want to have a sleepover." Kristina said, rubbing her head of forgetfulness. "Sure!" Leah and I said simultaneously. This is gonna be fun, I t
