As you were walking to the doors you heard a familiar voice call your name.
"Y/N!"
"Karkat?"
"HEY"
"Are you ok?"
"...Yeah"
-time skip to lunch brought to you by Lotor's luscious hair-
Karkat was silent most of the day so you decided to ask him
"Hey, are you mad at me?"
He looked up, chewing his sandwich,
"Hm mm!!" He mumbled while shaking his head.
He swallowed quickly and said "NO ITS NOT YOU!"
("Its me," He said under his breath)
"Are you sure?"
"YES Y/N! ITS FINE"
He grabbed his lunch tray and stood up
"IM GONNA GET TO CLASS EARLY, BYE"
"Wh- ... bye"
Pretty soon the lunch bell rang, signaling the start of classes, (Tbh I'm not in high school so i don't know how this shit works) so you began walking to your next class. On your way you passed the washroom, the same one as yesterday. As you walked by you once again heard the muffled moans of pain.
Who is that?
You decided to once again try
"Hello?"
No reply.
"Is me again,"
No reply.
"From yesterday..."
No reply.
Once again the cries had stopped.
"Ok then, I'm going now.."
The final bell rang signaling you were now late.
Great.
Just fucking great.
"Bye"
You headed to your class.
Karkat was acting strange today, but why? You couldn't help but wonder...
