HONEY
This could not be happening.
I limped backwards, falling onto my bed, deciding what to do.
"What a creep!" I insisted.
I angirly grabbed the pair of pajama shorts from the bottom of my bed, pulled on a pair of slipper socks and tiptoed out of my room and across the hall.
The floorboards creaked in symphony beneath my feet, refusing to allow me to pass quietly down the stairs.
"Honey?" Ste asked groggily from the opposite end of the hall.
Damn.
"I forgot to put away my bike, i'll be five minutes its okay, go back to sleep, sorry to wake you."
"Okay, I think i forgot to lock the door anyway, make sure you lock it on your way back inside and straight to sleep after, you have school in the morning." He whispered to me loudly as i made my way down the creaking stairs.
I looked up at the grandfather clock which sat proudly underneath the stairs as I tiptoed to the door.
Quarter to three in the morning.
This guy was crazy.
I fumbled in the slight moonlight which filtered through the hall window, for the door handle and gently prised open the heavy door.
"Agh!" I squeaked, coming face to face with Hunter.
I sharply turned my head toward the stairs, raising a finger to my lips. Ste must have fallen asleep.
Pushing Hunter back with my free hand, i stepped out of the door and pulled it quietly shut behind me.
When i was sure it was secure i turned on him.
"What, the hell do you think you're doing you creep?" I hissed angrily, looking up at him and folding my arms over my chest, hoping to cover any lumps he might be able to see under my nightshirt.
His eyes were guilty and he glanced at my pajamas apologetically, giving a shrug.
"I'm sorry, i didn't mean to wake you."
"You didn't answer my question." I raised and eyebrow.
"I wanted your number," He knew it sounded dumb as soon as he said it, although it was dark, the moonlight enabled me to catch the dark flush flowing to his cheeks.
I pushed the matter anyway. "Dude what the hell? You come to my house at quarter to three in the morning because you want my number? Why didn't you just ask in the supermarket? Oh wait, i know why, because you were too busy stealing-sorry-borrowing, my keys."
He raised his head and grinned guiltily.
It was kind of cute but this was really not the time.
I shook my head in astonishment and walked past him to my Brum.
"Where are you going?" He asked, surprised.
"I'm taking Brum inside the garage and then going inside, before i shout to Ste that a strange boy who stole my keys is asking for my number at quarter to three in the morning, considering the fact you must have stalked me to my house as i've never shown you where i live." Pissed off, i pulled up Brum's stand and rolled her, walking painfully to the garage.
He annoyingly joined me in two quick strides.
"Who's Ste?" He whispered worriedly.
I glanced at him, his hands were tucked in the pockets of his grey joggers and i tried not to smile at the fact he was wearing a Wu Tang Clan shirt. He looked down at me with his dreamy green eyes.
