The Hybrid Female Alpha

Chapter 11

~Ashli pov~

For the past week the packs have been training and there was nothing reported about Ethan so it was relatively peaceful. Right now I'm sitting in my office trying to get most of my work done.

I have to contact other alphas and help with the moon festival that's coming up. Every pack contributes on the night of the blue moon which is the day of the festival. We do it in honor of the moon goddess.

Its also a special night because it is said that the moon goddess created hybrids on that night, so we have a special connection with the moon goddess.

So I'm sitting at my desk doing my work when someone knocked on my door. I told them to come in and it was Blair. "Diamond's here" Blair said before walking back out the door. I get up and follow her down stairs where Diamond was standing in the living-room.

"Ashli!" Diamond greeted hugging me. "Hey Diamond" I say hugging her back. I was surprised because she used to be a lot shorter than me, but now I can barely see over her head. "Your not a dwarf anymore" I said and laughed at Diamond's facial expression. "I was not a dwarf" Diamond said pouting.

Diamond said hi to Blair and Mia then I took her outside so she could meet Darius. "This place is crowded, you having a party or something?" Diamond said looking around at all the werewolves. "No there is a coven of vampires that's causing trouble, I'll tell you more about it later" I said leading her to a field that had werewolves training everywhere.

"Blair aren't you suppose to be training?" I asked looking at her. "Oh my break just ended I have to go bye" Blair said quickly walking away. I shake my head and call out to Darius. He walks over to where I'm standing and ask "need anything?"

"This is my best friend Diamond" I said to him. "Hello I'm Darius Alpha of Blood paw pack, it nice to finally meet you" he said holding out his hand. She smiled and shook his hand "its nice to meet you too".

~Darius pov~

"Why are you talking to it" Able yelled furiously. 'Maybe because I don't want to be on her bad side because there is no telling how many nekos she has under her command'.  Able didn't say anything after that which I was glad he didn't.

I don't know how dangerous Diamond could be if I made her angry so I want her to have a good impression of me. She didn't look dangerous, she looked to be around 5ft 7 with long brown hair and forest green eyes. She was wearing a t-shirt with jean shorts and you could see her tail which was long enough to touch the ground and her ears sticking up at the top of her head.

After I introduced myself Ashli asked me about the training. I told her there was no problems which she was happy to hear. Ashli walked off with Diamond so I went back to training.

"Keep your guard up don't let your arms fall" Paris said walking past me. I was tired and covered in sweat but I had 1 hour left of training. The only reason we train so long is to increase our endurance so we put up with Paris's constant criticism. I look over to where Blair was and she looked ready to pass out. When I looked away I let my guard down and got knocked to the floor.

"Keep your eyes on your opponent not your mate" Paris said, I glared at her and heard other wolves snickering. "You can't talk about me looking at my mate you've been watching yours during the whole training period" I countered making other wolves laugh. Paris blushed "training is over" she said then walked into the pack house.

"Nice comeback" Able said laughing, ' I learn from the best' I said giving Able the credit. Everyone gave a sigh of relief and headed inside. I walk over to Blair and she punches me in the arm, "what was that for?" I asked confused. "That's for embarrassing Paris" she said, I chuckled "she had it coming".

We get inside and there is tons of food on the table so everyone grabs a plate to eat. I fill my plate up and sit next to Blair in the living-room. I demolish my food and by the time I finished Blair had only eaten half of what was on her plate. I get another plate of food and finished it in record time and Blair just finished her food.

"Your gonna end up with a stomach ache if you keep eating like that" Blair said when she seen my empty plate."I have a stomach made of steel" I said proudly, she just smiled and shook her head. Someone yelled game night and everyone started fighting for a controller.

~Paris pov~

I got a controller after kicking someone that tried to take it from me. I moved out of the crowd and sat next to Blair. "These people are crazy" I said looking at the fighting crowd. "Your one of them" Blair said pointing to the controller in my hand.

I pouted and ignored Blair, after an hour of fighting the crowd dispersed and the game was turned on. I won 6 games, Blair won 5 and Darius won 1. "You suck at games" I said watching Darius lose again. "Shut up" Darius said frustrated, passing the controller to someone else.

Me and Blair laughed at him which just pissed him off more. "This is the best game night ever" I said leaning back on the couch. "That's because you haven't lost yet" Blair said glaring at me, I just smiled at her and grabbed a controller. Then try an beat me if you can beat me you can skip training for the rest of the week." Blair gave me a determined look "your definitely losing now."
