Chapter 2

It's finally the weekend, after a long week of stupid school. TGIS right, Thank Goodness It's Saturday, right, right, no, ok, be that way. I just can't stop thinking about this guy from school Luke. His eyes are the deepest blue and his smile perfectly crooked, I love the way his hair covers one eye so it makes you wonder.

" Christina, Christina! Earth to Christina!" Dani said.

" Oh, sorry, yeah what is it?" I asked knowing that I probably missed something.

" Your hand is in your cereal, again." Dani said sarcastically.

" Dang it!" I shook the disgusting milk off my hand and went over to the towel by the sink and dried off my hand.

" What's been up with you lately? You've been spacing out a lot." Oh man she's noticing just lie.

" School has just been wearing me out, nothing big." ugh worst lie ever.

" Don't you have your date with Nick today?" Dani asked, while getting a diet coke out of the fridge.

" Oh yeah. In thirty minutes! Gotta go get ready, see ya later!" I ran up stairs to me, Katherine, and Amy's room and went straight for the closet.No, no, no, perfect. I picked out a black and white cross tank top, with a pair of black high-wasted shorts with a pair of nylons under them, and I threw on my floral doc martins. I pulled my hair into my signature high-pony then put a bandana in my hair, perfection. Ding-Dong. " I'll get it!" I heard my little brother Joey yell from downstairs. It's probably Nick so I go downstairs. The door opens and yep it's Nick, wait no Luke.

" Hi Luke, what's up?" I asked still shocked.

" Well I was thinking of you and I wanted to give you something as beautiful as you." He hands me a red rose.

" Who's your friend here?" Lisa said all lovey dovey.

" Shut up." I said jokingly. " Thanks for the rose Luke, but I have a boyfriend and here he is now." I went over to Nick and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

" Hey baby."

" Hi hurricane Christina." that's his nickname for me, isn't it cute?

" Are you ready to go? Oh, hey Luke what are you doing here?" Nick asked I love what Luke did, but it was totally uncalled for and he knows I have a boyfriend.

" Oh it's nothing he just was in the neighbor hood and wanted to say hi. Let's go." Good thing Luke didn't step in.

" Bye guys. Bye Luke." I waved bye to everyone and got in Nick's truck. That was so awkward.
