Chapter 4

He did it he proposed, and I know what I need to say now.

"Nick, yes I'll marry you. A million trillion times yes! I love you." Nick picked me up and I felt the warmth of his breath on my skin. I kissed him he put me down kissed me back fiercely with his soft loving lips.

"I love you, Christina. I love you so much it hurts."

"Oh, Nick I love you too!" I told him, I'm finally over Luke. Hopefully he'll get the hint and leave me alone. Nick paid the bill and we drove back to my house so madly in love.

"Are we gonna tell them tonight?" I asked.

"Do you want to?" he asked back.

"Baby I wanna scream it from the roof tops." I told him. "Wait did you ask my dad for permission?"

"Yeah last year."

We got home and I was so excited to tell everybody. And show them this beautiful ring that shined in the light. We walked in the house, and is that Luke!

"Luke, what are you doing here?!?" I screamed.

"I wanted to talk to you." He said frightened.

"Can you just go!"

"Bu-."

"Just leave." I interrupted. He walked out the door with a confused look on his face. Nick leaned over and started to whisper something into my ear.

"What's up with you guys?" he asked. I pulled him into the other room, and told how I had a crush on him and how he kept hitting on me. And asked for forgiveness for being unfaithful to him. All the sudden tears started streaming down my face.

"Please forgive me, Nick." he lifted my cheek were I could see him.

"Christina, I love you and I will always forgive you. Nothing can change that. Tomorrow I'll tell him to leave you alone."

"I love you too. Thank you." He kissed me and then we walked out, and got ready to tell everybody.

"Everybody, can you all gather around in the living room?" I asked happily. They all gathered around.

"We have an announcement." Nick told everybody.

"We're engaged!" we both said in unison. My baby sister Lauren looked at me with those brown eyes and gave me hug. I hugged her back. When she pulled away I saw a wet spot on my tee shirt.

"Christina?" she asked.

"Yes, Lauren."

"Is the band going to continue?" she asked nervously.

"Of course it is!" I told her. The rest of the night my family congratulated us. I was so extremely happy I never wanted this night to end.
