On his first night he kepted on walking not stopping to sleep at all, he knew he should have but he was ready to just keep going. When morning came he welcomed the sun's heat on his face, it wasn't as though he had a thin layor of clothing, really the oppsite, he had on a fully body long johns then on after that he had on his thick pajamas he normally wore when he slepted, then some jeans and a long sleave shirt, and a sweetshirt and a carheart jacket, he had leather gloves and wool mintins.

For his supplies he had gotten a deer game cart with big and thick enough wheels to go over most stuff. He strapped a black big bag full of dried food, water, and other sorts of supplies to help him, he also had a one of those survival backpacks that you see in those camping magzines full of stuff too from wool blankets to a pots to cook and boil water in. His dad had also made him a long poll spear like thing, it was like a normal wood pole you find at a hardware store excapted that his dad had put a metal slot at one of the ends and gotten a large combat knife to attache it to it, you can take off the knife anytime you want. He mostly used the pole as a walking stick as it was longer then he was by atleas a foot and he was about 5"7. He had gotten a matchety too just incase you never know right...He also had a 22 rilfe with about 400 or so bullets packed away in his black bag he was pulling he didn't want to use it but if he had to he would.

He had read up on some stuff to try to get ready, but you can only do so much without experiancing it yourself. So as he walked the country side off the main roads and to the south thinking it would help with the upcoming winter he thought about what was going to happen to him now, how his family was going to react to him just leaving, his friends, his ex-girlfriend. His heart still ached for her, but shaking his head he truged on hoping for a brighter tomorrow.

Now I must tell you he started his journey in a small town in SouthWestern Wisconsin.

Having gotten out of wisonsin quicker then he expected after only a few days he was happy with himself. He had only gotten into his supplies only once, he had managed to catch small game with some snares he had read up on, it took him a few tries to actually skin them right and cook them over a fire but once he did he got used to it. So has the days went on he got more used to being outside all of the time and getting food from the woods.

On one morning he woke to snow covering the ground, he cursed a little to himself hoping he would have gotten far enough south not to worry about the snow. Knowing that it was going to be a little bit harder from now on he got his stuff ready to move, as he did he heard movement behind him. Packing the rest up quickly he moved to a thick enough brush to hide in. He did not want to be found wondering through someones land and sent to the police or something, so he hid waiting.

He waited for a good 15 minutes then decided to come out, when he did a girl walked around the tree and looked at him with wide eyes. at first he didn't noticed her but as almost as he could sense someone staring at him he looked around and saw her standing there staring at him.

It felt like forever before something happened, but as it did she stifled a scream and started to run away, but as she turned to run she ran right into a tree knocking herself out cold. Seeing this as his chance to get out of there he started to walk away.

But he stopped as he got a few feet away, sighing he walked back to the girl and crouched down to her tapping her head for her to wake up, when she didn't he sighed again, and cleared the snow away from her and to make camp.

He threw a wool blanket over her and picked up a few sticks to try to start a fire, it took him more minutes then he would like to admit to actually start a fire, but when he did he scooped some snow in his pot and set it over the fire to melt and boil.

As he waited for that he got out his tarp and set it up tying it to the tries to make a makeshift tent, he normally didn't do this, but it had started to snow again and he really didn't want to be covered in snow.
