Answering An Overdue "Lit" Challenge

Alright, I know I didn't answer this post within the time frame mentioned due to work and such.

Since I don't have any pictures of myself dancing, I'll have to do the next best thing and post a video of said dance:

...yes, this is a total cop-out of the alternative 'cause I can't dance.

Anyway, here's the full rules from the one issuing the challenge: Espeon804

1. Title must be "lit".

2. You cannot refuse.

3. You cannot reply to comments.

4. Post 13 facts about yourself (really?).

5. Must be done in a week or you have to post a picture of yourself dancing (see above video for your fantasies peeps).

6. Tag 15 people (um... no 'cause I don't know 15 people to challenge, so there you go.)

Anyway, what should I post about myself that I haven't said about myself already?

Let's see what I can come up with...

1. I like singing, though I don't sing as much as I used to growing up. If I do sing, I find myself singing older songs.

The other day, I was singing "My Immortal", and realized that the lyrics are kind of depressing.

2. I will admit honestly that I am an introvert. I find myself in thought more than being vocal, and sometimes, I wonder if people question what's going through my mind.

3. I used to be very hard on myself, but I'm getting better at forgiving myself when I make mistakes.

4. Related to numbers 1 and 3, I used to have low expectations of myself, but that was before I began to take steps in changing who I am. A year ago, I confess I was a different person than I am now, and I am happier with this version of myself.

I think that this also is being reflected in my writing style-I noticed that I am struggling to write due to the change in my attitude.

5. When I was working on this challenge, I was dealing with my third cold within four months. Yes, that's right, my third cold since December of last year. My immune system's kind of crappy, but at least I didn't have a cold in February.

6. I have a dog that likes to bite packages whenever they arrive at the door. He's aggressive towards them because he's trying to be tough, but he's actually afraid.

7. When it comes to food, I like whenever mom or dad prepare chicken and dumplings. The large puffy dumplings that they make seem like the chicken and vegetables are absent. This is a comfort food I like to eat during the winter months.

In the summer, I like eating vanilla ice cream, especially on hot days.

8. At the time I am writing this, I am a little over a year away from graduating college. I am studying web design and graphic imaging technology (a major devoted to printing).

9. I like going for walks, and if I go for a walk, there's a chance that my little black-furred pup would like to join me.

In fact, show her a leash, and she'll go ballistic. She will literally whine in pure delight at the idea of heading outside with you and walk a bit fast with her tail wagging.

Show it to my big dog though and he'll just walk away. He hates it because he knows he's in trouble.

10. I technically taught my large dog some additional commands other than sit. I taught him to lay down, speak, and shake. He hates whenever I tell him to scoot though 'cause he gets an attitude and growls at me.

Recently, I've been teaching him a new command: bed now. The reason I've been teaching him is because he hesitates coming to bed if my little dark furred pup is already there.

(I still have three more of these to do? Great... let's see...)

11. I've visited Canada once with the family. We were at Niagara Falls actually. I was 14 when we went up there.

That was the only country outside of the US that I went to so far in my life, and I hope one day to visit other countries.

12. I have two younger brothers. One is only sixteen months younger than me. The other is almost four years younger than me (his birthday falls exactly 20 days before mine).

In all fairness, I share that similarity with one of my uncles who was only three years old when I was born months before his fourth birthday.

(One more? Alright, this needs to be a good one, so...)

13. This is related to the video that I posted here, so you're probably wondering, what the heck is this supposed to be?

Well, back when I used to play Ragnarok Online (the one with the sprites), I played as a priest. However, I was no heal slave mind you. I was playing a rare build where I dumped most of my points into strength and agility.

Yes, that's right. I played a battle priest. That build was considered rare, so rare that most people who played the game would prefer making priests that focused on undead killing.

My priest on the other hand could go almost everywhere (save certain dungeons where she could be one-shot due to her lack of vitality).

As for the rest of the people in that scene? That was the guild I happened to be in before I quit playing.

...

Pause.

Wait.

...

There's another one?

Ah, crap...

1. Do you have a crush?
2. Does someone have a crush on YOU?
3. What is your favorite book?
4. What's better New York or California?
5. Where do you want to travel to?
6. Favorite song?
7. Favorite band?
8. Lock screen?
9. Home screen?
10. Favorite YouTubers?

Here we go again...

1. I don't have a crush.

2. Don't know if anyone has a crush on me.

3. Does the Dark Hunter series count?

4. I've been in New York briefly when we were visiting Niagara Falls, so I don't know which would be better.

5. If I was given a chance to travel, I'd like to visit some countries in Europe, maybe Australia. I wouldn't mind going to Canada again.

6. I have too many favorite songs to list.

7. I like a lot of artists: Evanescence, Queen (oldie, but goodie), Kansas, The Police, Journey, Boston, Bon Jovi, so yeah, hard to decide on favorites.

8 & 9. I have a crappy cell phone, so my lock screen and home screen are boring.

10. I like Nico B, Dangerously Funny, Geekdom (mainly for his amazing wit), HopeforPaws (for beautiful rescue videos of animals), and a few others.

...alright, that should be it. Anyone reading who hasn't done it is welcome to do either or  both challenges.

I'm done.
