chapter nine

All the weeks of detention passed by quickly and Harry was harrassed by some more students, but none seriously hurt him anymore.

Earlier that day, Liam called Harry to inform him that he was no longer allowed to interrogate Harry for Bella's case because he was too close to Harry and Gemma now, so another cop named Hunter would take over his job and have some questions for him and Aria that afternoon.

Aria and Harry arrived at the police station punctual and were lead into a small room with a mirror, two chairs and a table. Harry had seen this room two times before but it still made him feel anxious and sick to his stomach to be in there.

Aria was sent out again so the officer could ask Harry a few questions first and afterwards they interviewed Aria.

As Harry got out of the room he saw Lucas, Caleb and some other kids and even teachers from school come into the police station, all to get questioned by the middle aged Hunter, who didn't even smile at Harry once.

After Caleb came out of the room, Hunter motioned Harry to come over and as he did, Hunter said:"Seems like you have a real alibi now, congrats boy"

Harry started smiling like a freak and walked towards Caleb.

"Thanks mate"

Caleb pulled Harry into a hug and said:"Telling the truth felt good. I really owed you this, I'm sorry it took me that long to realize this."

Harry smiled at Caleb, then he climbed up a chair that was leaning against the wall and announced:"See guys, I'm not freaking guilty. I've been with Caleb that evening, suckers."

Even Lucas came up to Harry to apologize for blaming him and beating him up, but one girl called Ashley seemed to have her doubts:"If you have been at Caleb's, why did he only tell the police now?"

"Because I was afraid that you all knew about this" Caleb said, walked up to Harry, cupped his cheeks in his large hands and kissed Harry softly.

A/N: Didn't expect that, eh? ;)

Well anyways the next chappies are gonna be interesting I guess ((hope))
