Chapter 29

Bellamy's POV

"Monty...Monty...monty" I screamed into the walkie talkie as the loud shriek had ended moments ago.

"Where the are you Monty!" I asked but no one answered.

Then Raven and Octavia came running to me.
"Where's Jasper?" I asked and wide eyed Octavia said "he went to find Monty."

She started to tear up as she came over and saw Clarke's dangling body. Something about Octavia emotions told me she didn't like Raven.

"Get her down, I'll cut the rope. Raven hold the rope and lower her down, and Bell you can carry her since your such noble guy." She yelled looking at me with all the attitude in the world.

"Shit!!!" Octavia screamed realizing Raven had gotten rope burns as the rope got cut. The rope hold Clarke had been release to fast and she was about to hit the ground when I quickly jumped in the way.

I had cushioned her fall and now she was on top of me. I had noticed her Clothes were ripped; her shirt had been cut threw the middle showing her flat stomach.

I slowly moved Clarke's Small body off of me and picked her up ,and placed her arm over my shoulder.
"Help me out O!" I screamed while she walked toward me slowly.

Then Jasper slowly walked to us looking scared and in shock.
"Monty's gone!! The only thing there was his walkie talkie." he said and walked to Clarke to help me out.

"Where's miller?" I asked.
"I don't know... The last thing he said to me was 'I think I heard a noise I'm gonna go that way north okay?' and he left" Jasper said while supporting the other half Clarke's body.

Then we left and entered camp. Everyone gasped as they saw Clarke's beaten body. She looked dead, but Clarke doesn't die with out a fight she couldn't be dead.

We had entered a tent and put her down on the makeshift cot. I noticed that something was sticking from out between her stomach and hip. She had been stabbed. Not too serious but serious enough to get infected and soon die. I realized the weapon was a human looking bone sharpened to kill.

Octavia's POV

I walked into the tent Bellamy had entered with Clarke. He had been placed on the cot and Bellamy just left. What the hell.

"What's your problem? huh" I screamed at him as he paced.
"I don't know what to do ... Usually Clarke would deal with stuff like this!" he yelled at me looking nervous.

"She's just beaten up. She'll wake ... right?" I asked and went back into the tent to check on Clarke's condition.

"...Oh my god!!" I screamed and immediately left the tent.

"Shit!!" I yelled and Bellamy asked me "O WHAT- "he asked but I cut him off.

"Clarke's gone!!" I yelled and his face turned pale.

Clarke's POV

I woke up to get up, but when I looked down to see my body. What the hell?
Then I woke up again and I couldn't see everything was blurry and I didn't know where I was.

"Hey come here, it Finn!" a voice said sounding a little different than Finn.

"I can't walk!!" I said to this supposed Finn. And he picked me up.

"W-Wait... W-Where are w-w-we going?!! I can't walk or move too much I-It hurts!" I yelled but my surroundings were silent. We were in the middle of the woods.

Then scariest sound... the sound of water flowing from a river.
"Finn?" I said while beating on his back but it probably felt like a pat because I was so weak right now.

"Sorry Princess... it's your old Friend Murphy" he said and my heart sank.

"I heard you love swimming, how about I take you to go swimming in this river." he said evilly. I had trouble staying awake, and I could hardly keep my eyes open.

"B-b-but it's freezing out, the river it frozen over at night." I said already knowing I wasn't going for a swim.

"Thought you might wanna take you clothes off so you don't get them wet. haha." Murphy said while putting me down.

I felt my clothes being torn off and my skin getting hit with the frigid air. I had been stripped down to my underwear.

"Enjoy your swim" He said and dropped me into the ice cold water. no one could save me as soon as he would drop me in the water would Ice over.

"Wahh" I screamed not even getting a chance to take a breathe an I had closed my tired eyes and let the river swallow me.

Bellamy's POV

"Murphy's Gone!!" I screamed when this little boy came up to me.

"I'm sorry... I saw him leave with that blonde haired girl towards the r-r-river. he told me if I told he would kill me." he whispered to me and gulped in fear.

"Shit!!! JASPER COME NOW... MURPHY'S GONNA KILL CLARKE!!" I screamed as he ran with me to the icy river.

I had seen her clothing on the ground next to the river all ripped up.
I took my shirt off ready to dive in.
I took a deep breathe and dove into the water.

I saw her body looking lifeless as ever just floating at the bottom. I grabbed her waist and pulled her to me and resurfaced.

"Haaahuh help me!!" I screamed and saw jasper jump and pick Clarke's body from my arms and lay her down.

" CPR" he yelled and I started pumping her chest as he blew air into her lungs. I felt the need to try harder maybe If I did it she would puke all the water out.

"Let me tr-" I yelled but Jasper interrupted me.
"Bellamy she's dead." he said with a yet in his eyes. I began to punch a tree and stomped my way back to camp, getting dry clothes and soon killing Murphy. I was furious that Clarke had died ... she is the reason I stayed and now she was gone.

I left Jasper with Clarke's body. He hadn't followed me back. He had just stayed there.
When I reached camp Octavia and Raven approached me.

They're had eyes said 'what's wrong'.

"CLARKES DEAD!!" I as everyone cried out in grieve. Then Octavia ran into her tent crying and Raven just looked at me and walked away.

Octavia's POV

'Clarke's dead' the words just hit my heart. I immediately ran to my tent and started crying. Our only healer, my friend was gone.
Clarke was a key to our survival and now he was gone. She had been a sister to me, how could Bellamy let her die.
I snuggled up in my blankets and closed my teary eyes.
