Deal

The young man opened his eyes and tugged at the shackles on his arm.

Clink.

The chains made harsh noise as the links rattled together.

"You can't escape." A deep voice rumbled out of the darkness.

The young man looked up. His soft yellows iris rested upon the source of the voice.

A tall pale skinned man stood before him. His dark red eyes, black hair and the sharp teeth pointing out from his gums all indicated he was a vampire.

"Didn't plan on it." The yellow eyed man said. His soft mocha skin, dark brown hair and playful eyes all beamed confidence. This look was completely different from what would be expected of someone who had just woken up chained to a wall.

"Oh? How cute. You think someone might save you?" The vampire asked his tone mocking and his posture just screaming with arrogance.

"Sorry," The vampire chuckled,"no one can save you from this place."

"Wasn't expecting them to." The yellow eyed man replied.

"Interesting~"

The vampire looked at the yellow eyed man.

"Then, I wonder why your so confident, Noble."

"You know my name." The yellow eyed man, Noble, stated.

"Of course." The vampire smiled.

"What do you want?" Noble asked the vampire.

"Cecil." The vampire replied with a name. Then a question.

"Your close aren't you?"

"Why?"

"My daughter likes him. I need someone close to him to introduce them and put in a good word for her."

"He has a boyfriend."

"They broke up last night."

"Isn't it too soon?"

"No, love takes time. He'll be ready when she confesses."

"What do I get?" Noble asked the vampire the question that had been on his mind the most.

"What do you want?"

"Power."

"Well, that's not surprising." The vampire muttered to himself.
"What type?"

"To bring people happiness." Noble said his expression serious.

The vampire couldn't help himself. He laughed. How adorable. Stupidly naive.

"Well?" Noble asked.

"Fine. Do we have a deal?"

"Yes, yes we do." He smiled and then passed out.
