"Now you listen to me, and you listen good," I whispered threateningly, pushing his scared little body up against the pale bathroom wall, "Those fucking pigs are still on my tail for those murders, and the woods are no longer safe. I've been watching your little family here, and it turns out that you'll all be the perfect candidates to give me some shelter while I wait for the heart to simmer down. Is all of this making sense to you?" I asked. Honestly, I had no idea if the police were still on the case, but I knew they had no leads because I was invisibal to the system. Sure they knew about me, but they couldn't catch me even if they tried. My head banged with hangover, but seeing the current situation, I knew I needed to play this off as though I had simply snuck into their home and crashed in the tub, just waiting to let them know I would be hidding out here. I smirked to myself for the quick thinking and wonderful plan; now I could stick around without having to hide every time Chris decided to barge in.

He nodded slowly, his thick rimmed glasses standing as windows to his shaking eyes, "Y-you're asking me to," he gulped, whispering as though we would get caught if he spoke any louder, "Harbor a criminal?"

"Not just you," I pointed out, pressing my forearm harder onto his chest, "You, the girl, and that intresting little wife of yours."

He cocked his head in a confused mannor, "Interesting?"

"Yeah," I bit my lip, "Interesting."

He nodded slowly again before looking around. I had twisted his wrist to make him drop the gun, and now he was pressed against the wall, face to face with a hungover, blood thirsty killer. He must be having the time of his life.

"Where are the others?" I asked, having no clue where anyone else was currently.

He shook his head a little, "My u-um, daughter is still sleeping, and," I rolled my eyes; his daughter... "And, I actually don't know where my wife is, she wasn't here this morning, actually. I came in here to wash up a bit and, well-"

"And you found the prettiest damn thing in the whole wide world, passed out in your bathtub?" I suggested, biting my lip.

He almost chuckled at that, a small, yet terrified smile coming to his face, "I didn't know you were so, what's the word? Bold! Actually, I assumed you'd be a quiet one."

Assumed? What?

I stared at him suspiciusly, "Elaborate."

He nodded quickly and I released from holding him so tightly, "Well, I've been, studying charectoristics and mind patterns of," he cleared his throat, nervous to say it, "Mentally-Ill people, like killers, and, you're one of the people I was working hardest on understanding. I'm a biologist but I also write in my free time, and study," oh brother, "Anyways," he continued, "I could only find facts on you, and eye witness reports, but nothing about you, personally. So I gave up on your case and moved on to criminals already in jail since their records are easier to find. I had to give up on all of my other cases actually; the best killers are always the most mysterious. But now you're here, in my bathroom and," his face looked a slight bit excited, "If you're not going to kill me, I'd like to speak with you, about well, you."

Absorbing this information, I accepted it. He had been studying me and least to say, I was flattered. By 'other cases', I knew Jack had to be one of them; he was pretty infamous himself. I was getting ready to say something when the sound of the front door opening was audiable and I quickly grabbed Chris by the back of his shirt and placed my knife on his throat, pushing him to walk. He lifted his hands up in a slight surrendering fashion as a reflex, and we made our way from the bedroom into the hallway. I kept on high alert, sniffing around only to find Sarah's scent; well this will be fun. Let's just hope her acting skills are as good as her flirting ones.
