Adam's POV :

I woke up to the sound of Christina throwing up and as I walked up to the door in the bathroom that held the toilet I could hear my gorgeous wife talking to her self,"come on Amzie it's daddies birthday, please stop this babe before he wakes up" she sighed before returning to throwing up. when the toilet flushed I heard the door open
"you okay Aguilera"I said
"yeah Just using the bathroom," she was trying to cover up her being sick for the sake of my birthday but then had to quickly return to throwing up , I pulled her hair back and rubbed small circles on her back
"baby you don't feel good do you??" I asked her she shook her head
"I feel fine now excuse me but I need to make you birthday breakfast"I held her in place
"no go lay down Christina it's plain as day that you don't feel good, " I hugged her . Christina started to cry
"Adam I ruined your birthday"she said amongst the tears
" no you didn't "I told her . she walk to the bed and sat down on my side of the bed she was so sick. her eyes just looked tired . I could tell she wanted to be held but didn't want to ask because she didn't want to make my birthday about her and Amzie
" hey let's go take Maxy to school and we can get some breakfast then come home and have a. relaxing day in our new home"Christina nodded then went to shower

"bye mommy, bye daddy !!!!"Max said running to met with his friends.
"bye Baby "Christina said
"bye Max see you after school, I love you"Christina and I started walking back to the car
"Happy birthday sexy "Christina said jokingly once we got in the car
"oh thank you preggers " I made her giggle
after we went out for breakfast we took a little stroll and from the corner of my eye I saw Christina eyeing the bakery that was across the street ," you want something from there gorgeous " she shyly nodded and we made our way through the crowd of paparazzi and fans and went into the store. Christina's blue eyes jumped around looking at all the pastry's . she wrapped her arms around my neck
"what do you want to get" she gently asked
"let's get a little bit of everything "I said rubbing her baby bump . she smiled and kissed me. we ordered our treats and Christina got a bottle of Apple juice
when we got home Christina changed into a black sports bra and a my black American apparel underwear .she looked so cute . her bump was on full display. I walked up to her and rested both of my hands on Christina's baby bump .she rested her head on my chest and in that their was an unspoken "I love you, I need you" Christina looked up at me with those piercing blue eyes daring me to look away
"Christina,our baby is kicking" I told her as I started crying it was all just so beautiful. in two months I'll be able to hold our wonderful creation of the love that Christina and I have for each. Christina started crying I held the baby bump and Christina leaned on my chest and we both cried tears of joy
"addy?" Christina said shyly wiping tears from her eyes
"yes sweetheart"I answered helping her with her tears
"I really want to devour the pastries we have down stairs"Christina cried to me . I held her hand as we went down stairs
Christina beautiful blue eyes lite up as I opened the box , "mmm oh my gawd"she moaned as the aroma filled the kitchen . I smiled at her and placed one of my hands on her bare stomach .
"try a strawberry"I said feeding her a chocolate covered strawberry .
"Addy that was amazing thank you "she said hugging me .
"what do you want to do" I asked her sweetly
"um let's listen to music, I mean if you want to"Christina started to rubbing her satisfied baby bump
I nodded and turned on the radio . the first song that came on was "having my baby" I looked at Christina and extended my arm out
"may I have this dance,"I asked her
"you may indeed "she said showing me her beautiful smile
Christina wrapped her delicate arms around my neck and rested her head on my chest as I held her by her waist. we moved slowly together. "having my baby, what a wonderful way to say what your thinking of me"I softly cooed to the most beautiful women in the world
Christina looked up at me and smiled before returning to resting her head on my chest
"I love you Addy "she said as the song came to a close. I looked down at her and saw that tears were rushing down her soft cheeks.
"I love you to kitten"I kissed her head
"Adam..."Christina said lingering in my arms
"yes sweetheart "I answered
"you changed my life and Max's ..your the best man In the world, I didn't grow up around good men let alone dads " Christina spilled out to me
"baby your a Queen because you have been through so much and still gave me more love and affection than anyone else in my life has ever given , I will never leave my family"I opened up to the l love if my life
"I need to give you the gift that I made"before I could say anything she darted up stairs. Christina returned with a black photo album with a white ribbon tied over it
"It's not much but I made all by myself" Christina said as I leaned over to kiss her. I took off the. ribbon to see a picture of a pregnant Christina holding Max's left hand as I held his right hand and below the picture read: all I want to do every day and night is love you forever written in cursive
I opened the book, the first picture was taken the first time we meet on SNL in 2003 , smiled remembering the magical day, the second picture was of when we meet again on the voice, I turned the page, there was all the pictures from our first date , I started tearing up , I flipped the page it was full of pictures from our one year anniversary , tears started to slip away from my eye. the next page had pictures of me proposing to her , the follwing picture was her in her wedding dress walking down the aisle as i awaited her at the altar. then there was a picture of our wedding anniversy. i turned the page and there was two ultrasound pictures one was the first one we got when we found out she was picture,the other one was the one where we found out the baby was a girl. the last picture was a recent one where i fell asleep with max in my arms as we watched a lego movie.
when i closed the book i looked at christina who was waiting a response ,"Thank you christina" i picked her up then sat her down on the counter "its the best gift i ever gotten i mean beside you,Max and amzie " she kissed me "i love you christina aguilera "
"i love you too Adam Levine, " that night christina and max made me diiner and we all fell asleep reading THE KISSING HAND
