I was in Ms. Flora's class talking to Jay when the door opened. He walked over to Ms. Flora's desk and talked to her for a moment.

"Class settle down we have a new student, introduce yourself."

"Wassup-

All the girls interrupt him by saying hey.

"My name is William Ceasor-

"Nice to meet you William" Thirsty Neisha said.

"Girl hush he ain't even sit down yet and you're already trying to give him STD" I stated.

Everybody burst out into laughter.
"Killem" Trell yelled out.

"I used to live in Chicago, I moved down here to be closer to family," Kid said looking around.

"Well William you can sit behind Skai'Rana," she said pointing behind me.

"Hey," I said slightly smiling as he took a seat behind me.

"Hey Rana," he said back.

"Everyone get into groups of two," Ms. Flora said.

Just as she said that almost every girl looked towards William. William sensed the stares at him and tapped me on my shoulder.

"Rana will you be my partner" He asked with pleading eyes.

"Yes I would like to be your partner," I said smiling back at him.

All the girls rolled their eyes and smacked their lips. I chuckled to myself over the fact that they thought they had a chance.

After School 

"Hey, Kid I never really thanked you for saving me and my friends back at the party what can I do to show you my appreciation," I asked him once I reached his locker.

"Let me take you on a date Friday after school," he said looking down at me.

I'm 5'1 and to him I'm short he's like 6'2.

"Wassup Kid," Shawn said dapping him up.

I feel sorry about treating Shawn like how I did I hope he can forgive me. Always treat people how you want to be treated because you'll never know when you'll need that person even if they do you wrong.

"Wassup," Kid said back.

"Hey Rana," he said looking in my direction.

"Hey Shawn about the other day I'm sorry for treating you like I did," I said trying to apologize.

"No problem ma if I were you I would have been the same way."

Well, that was easy.

"Aye I have to go, come by the trap later Kid I got in tell on the whole shooting "

"Ight man I gotta talk to Rana"

"Coo," said walking away looking dead in my eyes.

"So will you take me on the offer" Kid said locking his locker.

''I will gladly take you up on your offer"

"By the way did anybody tell you, you look cute today," he said looking me up and down.

"So you mean I didn't look cute the other day," I said playfully getting offended.

"No I mean you look cuter today'' he said showing his pearling white teeth again.
