As Angel fell asleep she dreamed this:
*Dream/Nightmare* *Angel's P.O.V.*
Jack's laugh echoed through my ears.
"Oh, so you think this is funny?" I asked. Jack only laughed harder. "Jack?" I sang as I picked up a snowball. Jack was still laughing his arse off. Then, I threw the snowball at him. That caused him to shut up.
"Oh, now you're going to get it, squirt," Jack threatened. I squealed and ran away from him, hiding behind a tall tree. Then, someone tapped my shoulder. I turn around, but I don't see Jack. Instead, I see a tall man with a long, black robe, black hair slicked back and yellow eyes. Pitch Black.
"Pitch," I whispered. Pitch gave me an evil grin. Then, he lunged for me. "JACK!" Pitch's nightmares came and took me away.
"ANGEL!" was, the last thing I heard, before I blacked out.
"Wake up my sweet, little Angel." I opened my eyes.
"W-Where am I?" I wondered.
"Why my dear, sweet Angel, you're home. Where you belong. Since your mother is dead." I gasped.
"No, mother isn't dead." Pitch only laughed evilly (Is that even a word?).
"JACK!" I yelled.
"Jack can not save you," Pitch chuckled.
"Why?" I asked.
"Because, I killed him," Pitch smirked.
"N-No," I gasped.
"Yes," Pitch replied, "and now you must stay here with me." I only shook my head.
"No! I will not stay here with you!" I shouted.
"You must." I raised an eyebrow at Pitch.
"Why?" I questioned.
"Well, since your mother is dead and you have no where to live so you have to," Pitch replied.
"One, I am 18 years old so I can either live by myself or go to the North Pole and live there with Jack and two that still doesn't answer my question, you prick!" I screamed.
"Do not talk to me like that," Pitch said then slapped me. I fell to the floor holding my cheek.
"You hit me," I whispered.
"Oh no, my sweet Angel. I'm sorry. Daddy's so sorry," Pitch said, softly. I flinched back, scared to see if my 'daddy' would do it again.
"Are you really my father?" I asked, softly.
"Yes, Angel, I am," Pitch replied.
*Dream/Nightmare Ended*
"JACK!" Jack heard Angel yell. Jack flew back to Angel's house as fast as he could. Jack opens Angel's window, only to see that she is tossing and turning in her sleep. He flew over to Angel, propped his staff against the wall, straddled her waist, and shook her.
"Angel, Snowflake, wake up," Jack asked desperately. After a few moments, Angel woke up breathing heavily. "Angel, are you alright?" Jack asked with worried blue eyes.
"When did you get in here?" Angel asked.
"I heard my name being screamed so I came back only to find you tossing and turning. I tried waking you up but you wouldn't. Are you alright?" Jack asked again. Angel nodded.
"Y-Yeah, I'm fine," Angel smiled, "But I need to ask my mom something, hold on," she told Jack then yelled, "Hey, Mom!" Angel's mother came running up the stairs.
"What? What's wrong, sweetie?" she asked worried.
"Who is my biological father?" Angel asked.
"Why, sweet pea, it's Robert," her mother lied.
I don't know how I knew she was lying-I just did.
"She's lying," Jack whispered to Angel.
"Mom, please don't lie to me. Who is my biological father?" Angel's mother sighed and sat on Angel's bed.
"The only reason I told you about Santa Clause, the Tooth fairy, the Sandman, the Easter Bunny, and Jack was because I knew that they could and would protect you from your biological father. Angel, your biological father is... Pitch Black," Angel's mother sighed.
"Holy SHEE-IT!" Jack yelled then covered his mouth.
She must not have heard him.
Thank goodness she didn't hear me.
"Just a question, Mom, but do you still believe in them?" Angel asked.
"No, not really," Angel's mother shrugged.
"How come?" Angel's mother just shrugged and left her room. Angel turns to Jack. "Really, Jack?" Angel scolded.
"What I do?" Angel just rolled her eyes.
"You're crazy," she laughed.
"Eh," Jack shrugged.
