Austria,being very insecure about his looks, has tried many stuff that could change his appearance.Along with wearing fake glasses and making his hair wavier (cannon facts) he also wears a corset.He thinks it helps him look thinner;because he can't really help but eat sweets a lot and that of course has consequences, and that it helps him keep his back straight.Only Prussia knows,not because Austria trusted him enough to tell him but because he just randomly walks around Austria's house and enters rooms without anyone's permission.
