The door creaks open, "Wait!" the female mini-giant shouted, stomping her feet towards the desk where I stood quietly. She scanned all over her messy room until I caught her attention. Was that right? Or should I phrase it as '—messy room, creating eye contact with me'? Or 'eye to bulb contact'? I think both seems insufficient. English is so hard; or maybe I'm just making it complicated.
