Calm down, it's going to be okay. What you're experiencing is probably side affects from the meds. 

I got a email today about you. I'm so sorry Oliver. You're going to be in there for a year. I know that's a long time, and it kills me to think of how long you'll be gone. It also kills me to know how much i've betrayed you.

Ever since you've been gone, I met someone. And this someone is somewhat better then you. They're not crazy,insane or emotionally unstable.
