FOR THE CROWN

Chapter 1

It was the day. The day where all the kingdoms royals come together to have a wonderful time, putting up their dazzling smile and finding perfect match for their daughter or son. This was Araelza's 18th birthday party and the day she is getting officially crowned. She was getting ready in her room. Looking at her reflection she thought "What use of this beauty preserved and hidden in my armor? Whenever people looked in my eyes they saw ice cold darkness showing them no mercy. Whenever they dared to see me in my eyes they were killed. I am a warrior, I am no price to be sold to a man when crossed 21. I was born to save this kingdom , I was born to bring justice to my people I was not born just to see my people seeing me getting crowned then celebrating my wedding and giving away my kingdom to some loathsome creature . I will take care of MY kingdom and if that means killing then so do.." she trailed off after seeing a man in her mirror's reflection. He was around 19 years old and was dressed according to her party. A man she...she has seen him somewhere but she cannot recollect him. With confidence she turned towards him and said "please put my dress on the bed , thank you." She knew he wasn't a servant , but she was too stressed to be formal have a formal greeting . she turned back to her mirror and resumed powdering her face. The man cleared his throat clearly in embarrassment while Araelza was internally smiling evilly and he continued with a smug on his face " after a long time right and you greet me like this Swan ?" she stopped dead in her tracks , she recognized his tone his voice. Only one person called her by that name but ... but he was no longer a part in her life. She turned towards him , her eyes glistening from anger as she spoke her next word "Brother"
