Chapter 6

As I walk in, I notice that he was on the phone and there was a boy in the room.

Once he finally hung up he said "it's good to finally see you again Lucy."

"Why did you warn me against the Dragneel's?" I asked cutting straight to the point. I really didn't want to be here.

"I see you still don't have your manners." Tch. "The Dragneel's and the Heartfilia's don't get a long. We mustn't become friends."

"But dad! Me and Natsu are friends!" I yelled.

"Don't yell at me girl. You must stay away from him. They might not seem like like it but they are dangerous. Natsu and his little sister Wendy are rumoured to have magic."

WHAT?!?!

"Anyways, I want you to meet Sting Eucliffe. I want you to marry him when you graduate, for my business."

"What! I don't even know the guy! Why should I marry someone that I don't know?"

"Because I am your father. You will marry him."

"Not happening!" I then turned around and left.

                     ~time skip~

After I came home, I went straight to my bathroom. I decided to take a bath and clear my mind.

After the bath I went straight to bed.

                       ~dream~

I saw Natsu and this little girl with blue hair. I wonder who that could be? Anyway, they were doing things with fire and air. It looked like Natsu was controlling the fire and the little girl was controlling the air.

"Natsu" I yelled, but he seemed to be ignoring me. I started walking towards them. "Natsu! Hey, what are you doing?" He then turned around and everything went black.

~reality~

I woke up sweating. That was a strange dream.

"Good morning princess. You have school today so I suggest that you get ready."

Oh, yeah. School. "Alright thanks Virgo."

I got up and did my morning routine. After that, I walked out the door.

As I walked to the school I realized that I still didn't know whether to trust my father or if everything was fine. I decided to talk to the girls about it. They are my best friends after all.

When I finally see them I shout there names. "Juvia, Levy-Chan, Erza! I need to talk to you!"

They walk over with confused looks on their faces. "What is it Lucy?" Erza had asked.

After I explained everything to them, starting with Virgo, they gasped.

"Lucy that's horrible!" Juvia said.
"What am I going to do? Should I trust my dad or Natsu?"

"We don't know. But whatever you choose we'll support you." Levy-Chan said. The others nodded.

"Thanks guys. I think for now I'm just going to avoid him, until I know for sure. If he asks why I'm ignoring him, just say I'm going through a rough time with my father."

"Alright, Juvia will help." Juvia said. I smiled.

"And I'll do more research about the Dragneel's."  "Thanks Levy-Chan." She nodded.

"And I'll keep Natsu away from you."

"Alright, now that that's settled, we have to go to class."

After classes, we all met up in the cafeteria. "Hey Luce." I stiffened up and just waved and walked away. He probably thought that it was strange, but for now, he'll have to deal with it.

When I walked in I saw Natsu and Erza talking. 'Oh, thank goodness I have good friends.' I thought.

I walked towards Levy-Chan and Juvia.

"Hey Juvia." "Yes Lucy." "Did you end up talking to Gray after the kiss."

Her face was redder then Erza's hair. Me and Levy-Chan laughed.

"N-no I didn't." She said with her face down. "Well it's time to change."

"W-what does Lucy-San mean?"

"You'll see. Hey Gray! Come here!"

When Gray was walking over Juvia tried to walk away but Levy-Chan stopped her.

"What did you need?" Gray asked.

"Juvia wants to talk to you. We'll leave you two alone." Levy-Chan said and we walked away laughing.

"Hey guys. What's Juvia doing." Mira asked. "Talking to Gray about their kiss." I said.

Mira squealed. Lisanna was laughing so hard.

"How was your weekend, Lucy?" Mira asked.

"It was the worst weekend of my life."

"Why?" Lisanna asked.

"Well I had to see my dad yesterday, to find out something."

"That doesn't seem so bad."

I shook my head, "you don't understand. My dad was really abusive after my mother died so, I ran away. And then he warned my to stay away from the Dragneels. Which really sucked because Natsu is my friend. So after he told me some strange things about them, he told me I had to get married to this guy I don't even know. So I told him it was not happening and ran home."

"That's horrible!"

"Yeah. So know I'm avoiding..." I stopped when I saw Natsu come over.

"Avoiding who Luce?" He asked.

"No one. I have to go." I then quickly ran away. 'What am I going to do?'
