Chapter 5

Lucy's pov
After school me and Juvia were walking to her house. "Wait, I think I'm going to check to see if my dads there." I said.

"Okay Juvia will come with you."

I smiled "Thanks Juvia."

We were now on the way to my apartment. We stopped in front of a building. "We're here. Let's go." She nodded and I opened the door.

"Looks like nobody's here" I said, stating the obvious.

"That's good. But that also means you won't stay at Juvia's place anymore" she said a bit sad.

"Don't worry Juvia, we can still hangout sometimes."

"Really?" I nodded. "Great! See ya later."

"Bye Juvia." I walked in to my bedroom. It's great to be home again. Then suddenly I noticed something from down stairs 'thud' "what was that?"

I went downstairs to see "Virgo? What are you doing here?"

"Hello princess. Sorry for the bothersome noise. Master Jude said to keep on eye on you."

"So this is dads idea. No wonder."

"Would you like anything to eat princess?"

"Not know. Did dad leave any messages for you to tell me?"

"Yes princess. He said he misses you very much."

Yeah right "anything else?"

"You must stay away from the Dragneel's. They are dangerous."

What? How does he now that I'm hanging around Natsu? Should I trust him?

"Okay, thanks Virgo."

I went upstairs into my room. I pulled out my phone and dialled Levy's number.

After a phew rings she picked up.

"Hey Lu-Chan, what's up?"

"Levy! Thank goodness you picked up. I have an emergency!"

"Lu what's wrong?"

After I told you the story she gasped.

"So what do I do? Do I trust my father? I mean why would he go through all the trouble of telling me if it was for nothing."

"I don't know, Lu. I've known Natsu for a long time and he's always been trustworthy."

"Okay. Do you mind if I come over? That way we can talk about it in person."

"Yeah you can come over."

"Okay, thanks. I'll be over in ten."

I then hung up and went downstairs. "I'm going to Levy's, Virgo" I said and ran out the door and into my car.

When I finally got there I went up to the front door and knocked.

Then Levy answered. "Hey Lu-Chan. Come one in."

After I came in and sat down she got us some drinks, but I barely touched mine.

"Alright, so your dad was in your house, left sometime after you left, told Virgo to watch you and told her to tell you a message."

"Which was to stay away from the Dragneel's." I said before she could.

"But for all we know, he's just saying that to scare you into coming home."

"Do you really think that Levy?"

"No, not really. But at least it's something."

"Ugh. I don't want to stay away from Natsu, but what if my dad was really just protecting me?"

"I don't know, Lu-Chan. But we got to think of something."

Then an idea popped into my head. "I got to go Levy-Chan. I think I know how to solve this."

"Okay bye Lu-Chan."

As I walked out I realized this was the only way to solve it. To see my father.

When I arrived at my dads place I got really nervous. Did I really want to know this? Yeah, I do.

I knocked on the door and miss. Spetto answered.

"Miss. Lucy! Your here. It's been a while."

"It's nice to see you to. You haven't changed a bit."

"Come on, master Jude must want to see you."

When we got there to his door I thanked miss. Spetto to for showing me the way. When she left I knocked.

"Hello, father. It's me Lucy."

"Come on in."
