Trapped

Chapter 1

My name's Kenny McCormick. I'm 19, and live in A little mountain town called South Park. I've been here all my life and grew up with the most amazing people in my life, and one of them, was Butters Stotch.

I met Butters back in pre-school when we couldn't tie our shoes, and no one cared how much money you made in a week. He came up to me asking to borrow a red crayon and sparks flew when he touched my hand. I knew from then on I had a thing for boys, and he was one of them. Many years have gone by since then and we've grown up. But some of us didn't grow up for the better. You see, Butters' parents weren't too great to him. They always grounded him for the stupidest things and sometimes even hurt him. I would be so mad when Butters came to school with a bruise from his dad, or a scratch from his mom. He'd always come to me when he was sad about his parents, I vowed to one day take him away from that life.

But I failed.

After we all graduated, I was finally gonna confess to him. I was ready, until I found out he was with Eric Cartman. Aka the person who controlled him half of his life. Butters fell for the guy all because he promised him a beautiful house, with a white picket fence, a dog, and two kids. And all he's given him is pain and neglect. Eric isn't exactly the most perfect boyfriend. He's the worst. He's manipulative and abusive, just like Butters' parents. I wish I could've told him sooner about how I felt. He wouldn't be living this horrible life away from the world and stuck with a fatass who can't even pay for a slice of pizza from a gas station.

Butters has two jobs. One as a waiter and the other as a cashier, while balancing school. Butters had always wanted to study science for as long as I could remember. Especially biology. Butters lived for biology that's all he ever talks about. It makes me happy seeing how excited he gets when talking about atoms and DNA.

As for Cartman, he's jobless. He wanted to be a multimillionaire. But yet he hasn't even tried to get a job anywhere. He convinced Butters that one day he'll be richer than Bill Gates. That they'll be the richest couple in US history. And of course Butters believes him.

I vowed to take Butters away from that life and I shall do it. Even if it means losing everything else.
