If something still hurts you even though you say you've moved on, chances are you haven't really moved on.It's okay to acknowledge that it happened.
It's okay for you to feel hurt, angry, betrayed in the past.
It's okay for things to not go back to the way they were.
What's not okay is if you still carry that heaviness in your heart.
If you still have that anger and bitterness towards the people and situation.
If you still want to cry over what happened.
Whatever happened in the past was meant to happen.
It was out of anyone's control.
It's hard to forgive something that hurt you tremendously, but know that with forgiveness comes something good...something great...something that places all of that hurt on a tiny anthill.
Forgive from your heart and see the abundance of blessings that have come your way since you got hurt, to the numerous blessings still coming your way from forgiving that hurt.
