The Last Guardian Trico and reader (UNDER HEAVY REWRITING!!!)

You and Trico were soaring through the air over a large open field of bright green grass heading to a forest where you would stay and live at the moment. You had just escaped from trico's home, finally getting the other tricos off your trail.  The sky was clear with a few clouds and there was a light breeze. Trico stopped and slowly landed in the field right in front of the forest. "You ready trico?" you asked and she let out a short yip and her tail swayed back and forth. You walked into the forest and called for Trico to follow you.  She walked behind you and was close to you until you made it to your destination.

A few hours later, you and trico got to the other side of the forest and stopped to see a ravine that wasn't that deep. Trico let out a small yip. "You wanna go down there girl?" you asked as you climbed up onto her back. She let out a small rumble and jumped down onto the smooth surface on the bottom of the ravine. She then leaned down to let you down. You looked around the ravine, then looked to see where the sun is in the sky. It was about right overhead so you guessed it's about noon right now. You turned back to see trico sniffing the air to get a good sense of her surroundings. You whistled softly, getting her attention "How bout we explore hm? you go that way;" You said as you pointed behind her, " And I go this way." you pointed behind you. She huffed and started walking the opposite way from you. "I'll take that as a yes.' you said with a chuckle as you walked the opposite way.
