"What's going on?" I asked Crystal.
She rolled her eyes as she wiped down the counter top. "My idoit brother and his friends decided to throw a party. I'm so sorry, let me just grab my keys and I'll take you home." She picked up her cup and sipped it as she walked out.
"Ok." I stood against the counter and waited for Crystal. I watched as everyone got drunk and made out with the person that they'll regret in the morning. Seeing how stupid these people looked as the danced, the drunk stupid girl, they guy who hit on every girl and all the couples. Actually seeing the couples made me sad, I remember Nate and I used to be like so happy and just so in love. Just young and happy, so in love. I would almost do and to get it back, I still do miss and love him, even if he was being a selfish bastard! He was my selfish bastard.
I looked at my phone and noticed it has been 5 minutes. I looked around to find Crystal, she was coming my way and looked pissed. I giggled as she shook her head and smiled"I'm sorry, my idoit boys didn't wanna stood talking."
"Is everything ok?" I asked.
"I don't know." She shrugged and held her head. "Things just changed when I told him I wanted to move to California next year, to start my career." I rolled my eyes.
"Guys." I scoffed
"I know. California is the city that makes dreams come true, things happen in California not in Omaha." I nodded my head in agreement"I just need to escape from all the bull." She held her head again.
"Are you ok?" I asked concerned
"Yeah...yup! But come on let's get you home." I followed behind her as we left out the house and entered the car. "These pills better kick in soon or someone's getting their ass kicked."
I laughed"What pills?" I had my hand hanging out the window enjoying the night air.
"David gave me some pain pills for my head." I nodded my head without looking at her. "So how you feeling?"
"I'm alright. I've been doing a lot better, I jus don't know what to do when it comes to income." I said getting serious"I'm not sure what I'm going to do when my baby gets here." I looked down at my stomach and rubbed it.
"That's nnnice...." Crystal respond.
I felt the car doing a little swerve so I looked up and noticed that Crystal was starting to swerve. "Crystal what are you doing?" I asked worried, I looked over at her and she was drifting off.
"Crystal!" I shouted and shook her. But she just fell flat!
After that, everything went black.
