Today; we gonna, I mean, I am going to, speak about a hungarian special stuff (is it though?), which wears the name "Tejföl" (or "tejfel, in other kind of dialect). I think it has a similar, if not identical stuff in outside of Hungary, "sour cream", if I can say so.
