Chapter 5

I had fallen asleep with my head on dimitris chest and he had his arms wrapped around me.

I woke up to the alarm clock going off so I threw it at the wall.
"What did that ever do to you"
"It woke me up"
He chuckled lightly looking up from one of those cheesy western books he always reads he kissed me softly.
I got up off the bed and went to take a shower but my phone rang
"Comrade answer that for me"
"Sure" he shouted back

"Guardian hathaways phone Guardian belikov speaking"
"Rozalina"
Dimitri just stared at the phone as some guy on the other end started speaking Italian.
"Rose it's for you"
"I know that it's my phone but who is it"
"I don't know he's talking Italian"
Moments after he said that I ran out the bathroom with a towel wrapped around me and started speaking to the person on the other end, I had put it on speaker as I got. Dimitri did the same.
But then he said baby.

I was already pissed off with who was on the phone but when he heard the word baby he thought that he was calling me baby.

After I hung up I looked to dimitri
"We have to go to kirovas office" he nodded and followed me.
Once we were there kirova was sat at her desk with someone on the other side when he stood up I punched him.

"Rose" kirova shouted
"You can stay out of this" I hadn't realised that my hand was bleeding so dimitri grabbed it and started to clean and bandage it.
"You stupid irresponsibility little shit"
He was speaking Italian
"Jackson we are speaking English now"
"Fine, Rose I didn't mean for it to happen but what am I going to do now"
"Your sixteen Jackson, sixteen and that girl is sixteen as well"
"I know, I don't know what to do please help me"
"You got her pregnant, your both still kids yourselves"
"I know"
"Obviously you don't" I sighed and stood up and paced for a little while
"Rose" Jackson said
"Shut up"
"I need to know what to do"
"What you should have done was not get a girl pregnant so right now shut up so I can think"
He nodded

Ten minutes later
"Do tatiana and my old man know"
"No"
"Right don't tell them until you know whether she is keeping the child or not. You are going to go back to your academy and your not going to get in trouble, I promised your mother I'd keep you a safe and that's what I'm going to do"
He nodded and I walked out and headed to the gym.

I did laps and punched the punching Bag for a while until someone came up behind me and i punched them
"Woah little dhampir what's wrong"
"Your stupid little brother has got a girl pregnant"
"Nice"
I glared at him and he hung his head by now dimitri had walked in
"It's not funny Adrian tatiana and Abe are going to kill him"
"I know but it is really funny"
"Your drunk aren't you"
"I'm smashed"
"Uhh Adrian go and get some sleep"
He smiled and walked out and I just dropped to the floor and started to laugh.

Dimitri came and sat in front of me and looked at me like I was crazy
"Why are you laughing"
"Because I've just realised that Christmas is going to be great, I'll get there and everyone will find out about his kid"
"Roza I know he's your cousin but why are you protecting him"
"Have you seen Adrian he can barely take care of himself, im all Jackson has his mother and father prefer Adrian and I don't want him growing up without a family"
"Oh Roza, that's so cute, protecting your family at any cost" he kissed me gently and then why phone rang
"Guardian hathaway"
"Miss Hathaway we need you to the academy please, it's about Jackson"
Not again i thought to myself, dimitri heard the conversation and was got getting the car.

We arrived after three hours and I'd fallen asleep so dimitri gently shook me and I woke up.

I hated this school it was horrible and I should know I'm always here dealing with another thing that Jackson has done.
We walked to the headmaster's office and we got there in saw Jackson and ran to him
He had a busted lip and a black eye
"Rozalina"
"You are going to sit there and wait"
He was about to say something but I glared at him and he sat down

I walked into the headmaster's office with dimitri in tow, don't get me wrong I loved him and I loved being his guarding parnter but when we had to follow each other everywhere it got quiet boring.
"Comrade can you make sure my cousin doesn't get into trouble"
He nodded and walked back out
"Ahh miss Hathaway it's always a pleasure to see you" the headmaster said standing up and hugging me.

I have known him for a long time he was one of the dragomirs advisors but now he was this.
"It's good to see you to, James, now what has has he done"
"He got into a fight with another student and he's in the hospital"
"He's expelled isn't he"
"No but he is suspended for a week"
"Thank you James"
We said our goodbyes and I walked out

I glared at dimitri and Jackson and they followed me to the car.
"I've been expelled haven't I" Jackson asked
When we got to the car I stopped
"No thank god that James is the head at this school because otherwise you would have been"
"Rozalina please hear me out"
"What could you possibly say you got into a fight. You know he was so close to phoning tatiana"
"Rozalina the baby isn't mine it's the other guys that's why I got into a fight"
"Jackson"
"I know and I'm sorry I really am"
"This is your last chance here and then there's no where else for you to go so I need you to really try here ok"
"I promise I will"
"Your going tatianas for a week, don't worry I said you had a bad football game and need time to heal"
"Thank you Rozalina"
I hugged him and dimitri drove us home.

Once we were back at the academy he went to his room and I went to mine but an hour later he strolled in.
"What's wrong Comrade"
"I knew you wouldn't be able to sleep because of what happened today so I thought I come and make it easier for you" he said locking the door and lying down on the bed.

I put my head on his chest and feel asleep listen to him whisper things to me in Russian.
