A young girl was babysitting her neighbor’s kids. The house was huge and the babysitter was told to only stay in specific rooms. The parents told her that once she puts the kids to sleep, to go straight to the third guest room. She put the kids to sleep and went to the room. While watching TV she was distracted by a life-size clown statue in the corner of the room. She was so scared of it that she called the parents. She said, “Um, can I switch rooms because this clown statue is really freaking me out.”
The dad says back, “What clown statue? Go get the kids and run to the neighbor’s house. When you get there call the police.”
The girl runs out of the room, gets the kids and calls the police. Later that night, the homeless man living in their house was arrested.
It turns out that the homeless man has been living off their food and sleeping in a different guest room every night. The girl came in while the man was about to leave. So he stopped and stood there trying not to be noticed.
