Me and JJ walked to my house and I ran straight upstairs and hopped on my bed. She came behind me and jumped on my back. A grabbed her hand and threw her above me on the bed. I started giggling. She was laughing so hard.
"BROOO!" She yelled at me.
"WHAT BRO?!" I shouted back. I knew exactly what this conversation was gonna be about.
"You and Logan bro!!!" She was so excited about this. It was adorable.
"Yes! Me and Logan! I love him..." I faded off. Her eyes got huge.
"What?" She asked.
"I'm in love with him."
"Woah."
"And he loves me." Hoping that would get her to change her expression. And it worked.
"Really?! You guys are in love?" JJ was so shocked.
"Yes. We're in love."
"But it's only been one day." Then something popped up into my mind.
"Don't even get me started! You already know what happened with you, Ethan, abd Grayson!" I reminded her.
"That was different!" She weakly defended herself.
"How was that different?! If anything my situation is better." I let her know.
"That's true." She finally caved. "But where I'm at now is even better."
"That's true." I admitted. A few years a go she had a thing with Grayson. AND Ethan. It didn't end well for Grayson. But it did for Ethan. And that worked out for JJ.
"So what are you gonna do?" JJ asked.
"Well..." I tried to say, but I'm just not sure. "I"m gonna...stay with him." I said. "I just hope he never leave me." I said in a depressed voice.
"If you guys are in love..." She trailed off. "Then you won't lesmave him and he won't leave you. But I know you Gizelle." She said hesitant.
"What do you mean?"
"Well," Her voice shrieked. "When you start to care about someone, you kind of, how do I say this?" She asked herself. "You kind of, go away. Move yourself apart from the one you start to care about." I couldn't even be nad at her. Because it was true. I never realized it was true until she brought it up.
"You're right." I confessed. "But, I'm not letting go this time. I live in Cali now. Nit like what happened with Grayson. I'm gonna be here all the time. And maybe, soon...we'll be living with each other and stuff." I made scenarios in my mind. Like him proposing, and just our future.
"Woah! Look at you! Thinkin' 'bout your future with a man." She raised her eyebrows a few times.
"Yeah, probably." I giggled.
"Just don't be afraid to open up your heart. Let people in once in a while. Ok?" And she leaned in and gave me the biggest hug.
"You're right. Again. Like always." I hugged her back. We both pulled out of the hug and laughed. We didn't even know why.
I checked my phone and I had a text from Logan. It read, "Next week, The Little Door. Dress to impress beautiful😉👅" I immediantly showed JJ the message. She chuckled and patted my shoulder.
"Hmm I wonder what that's about." She winked and climbed off my bed. She knew what it was about. I don't freaking know how but she did. I texted him back. "Ok handsome😚 trynna come over?" I asked. I heard someone coming up the stairs. I hopped off my bed and saw Logan coming towards me.
"I'm already here." He smiled. He leaned his head down and kissed me. It was a long kiss. I walked backwards into my room and he closed the door behind him.
