Aniya's POV
Phone rings making a loud sound I call my alarm. I press the snooze button and dreadfully dragged myself out of bed.
" where's my cloths" I whispered to myself .
As I look at my screen saver I think about Kameron and my heart starts to melt. Then, I realize I only have approximately 25 minuets to get dressed and ready for school. I better hurry up before my brothers get to the bathroom first. I run to the bathroom but not after I pushed all my brothers out the way in the process. I closed and locked the door so they wouldn't get in.
" I'm telling ma" exclaims Malik.
To be honest my brothers tell on me everyday like I care. After I got dressed and ready for school, my mom agreed to drop me off before she goes to work. When we get in the car my mom gives me this
"motivational" speech that sounded a lot like a lecture.
" Niya act up in school, I want u too, I'll be down there so quick you won't even have time to think of an excuse"
" Mom I thought you said this was motivational"
" My foot up yo @$$ is what's going to be motivational if you keep trying me Niya"
After that "motivational" speech I didn't say another word until I stepped out of her car and into Lauderdale Lakes Middle school home of the Vikings.
I immediately started searching for Kameron. My true love, or so I thought...
