Reneesme's Cullen diary- chapter 4

Capter 4: Mister lonely

Ring ... Ring ... Ring ... My cell phone woke me up in the morning. Who's calling so early? I looked at the clock, it was 6:00 I had another hour to sleep. Ugh ... Now after I woke up I won't be able to go back to sleep again. "Hello?" I replied hoarsely. "Good morning" Jacob said, his voice mocking. "Why are you calling so early?!? You woke me up." I said kind of angrily. "I'm sorry honey, I just wanted to tell you I'm going patrolling so I won't be at school today. I'm sorry." What I would do a whole day without Jake in this madhouse? Apparently I'm going to face it. I hope I will not have to stay alone again, at least not any time soon. I want to spend every minute with Jacob, every second possible. "It's okay Jake, just one day at school, what could possibly happen? And you will come to me in the evening do you?" I said, trying to sound convincing as possible. "Yes, I promise." I heard Sam call him in the background to come. "Nessie, I'm sorry I gotta go. I promise to make up tonight. I promise to make up for tonight. Bye." he said quickly." Bye "I said and hung up the phone. I got up slowly out of bed and began to get ready to school. I took my time, I had no reason to hurry. I went down It was 7:15 and I saw Alice and Jasper sitting on couch. "Good morning" I said and yawned, she laughed. "Are you still tired? It's been an hour since you woke up. I'm so glad I don't have to waste my time on something stupid like sleep. I can pass the time doing other things ..." she turned her head to Jasper. There both hold back a smile as if they trying not to break out laughing. I blushed, I thought it best to go away before it will do worse. I had breakfast, I saw a TV and when the time was 7:45 I left home and went to school. I got to school and I saw the group of the cheerleaders and the football players following me over. What they want? I haven't done anything. Maybe they are planning a further action as a revenge. I do not understand why they hate me. I think it's because of loss of control of Jacob a few ... Days ago. Wow time passes very slowly. Me and Jake were together just four days? When I passed the group at the entrance to the school, the bad blonde who gave me the 'energy drink' put me feet and I stumbled. I ran into some kid and he dropped his books. "I'm so sorry, I'm so clumsy sometimes," I said, I bent down to help him pick up the books and I did a face to the girl. "It's okay, I know it's the 'main devil' that made you stumble," he said and sent me a smile. After he picked up all the books we both got up. "Main devil?" I asked and giggled. "Yes, we call them 'devils', you must know to who and why," he said and we both laughed. "Yes, I believe everyone knows" what change management group so bad "devils." "I'm Jason, by the way," he said graceful shipping me his hand. "Reneesme" I shook his hand with a smile. "Yeah, the girl that her boyfriend scared the football team," he said and chuckled. "Yes, that's me" I guess it's my image now, the girl with the scary boyfriend. I love this image. "Where's your scary boyfriend today?" He said and we started walking toward the Lockers. "At home, he's...sick" I said, it's the only excuse that came to my mind. "Well, then come sit with us at lunch. Ok?" It actually sounds a good idea, I won't be alone at lunch. It was also good for me to find some friends because I do not know how many times Jacob is gonna absence this year. "Sure, I'd love to" I told with a smile on my face. "Well that my class, I'll see you at lunch," he said, waving me goodbye. "See you" I said, walking quickly to my locker so I will get to class before the bell rings. After the bell rings for the end of the second class I went to the cafeteria, looking for Jason. "Reneesme!" I heard him yell behind me. I turned around and advanced to the table. "Guys this is Reneesme" Ugh, Reneesme, it sounds so official. "You can call me Nessie" They giggled. "Nessie? like the monster?" The Redhead said. "Yeah, I guess. If you know me you would say I'm kind of a monster too" I said and everybody laughed. "I do not think" Jason said. He's so nice to me. I think we can be really good friends. At the end of the day I walked to my car and I saw Jason standing beside her. "Nessie you want us to do math homework together today? 'cause I don't understand the material." Jason studied math together with me but I never noticed because every lesson I focused on in Jacob or in the teacher of course. "Sure, I've done my homework but I can help you. If you want you can come to my house." I know that Jake would not be angry or something that I invited Jason and me home, he just my friend. "Yeah sure, I will follow you with my car." he said and started walking toward his car. I got in and drove home with Jason follow me at the back. We got home and I introduced Jason to my parents. We ate lunch and we went upstairs to do homework. After I finished explaining to Jason and I did my history homework we lay on the bed and watched TV. The film was about a married woman who was in love with someone else and did not know how to end the relationship with her husband because he was violent and she feared for her life. "I think she should end the relationship with her husband" Jason said and walked around his head in my direction. "If she's in love with someone else that will be better for her she just need to run away with him" I turned my head toward Jason looked him in his blue eyes. "It's not that simple Jason, she can be hurt, she can't escape it, he can get her" I said, we started to develop a discussion about the film really did not understand the reason. "It is better to take the risk and instand of suffering for the rest of her life." Jason said serious and tough like we're talking about something else rather than on film. I should agree with him before he will be pissed some more. "You are right Jason, she should take the risk, when you like someone you needs to take the risk, no matter what the consequences" I said approvingly. We stared at each other a few seconds until suddenly Jason grabbed my face and kissed me. I released his hands from me, I broke away from the kiss, I gave him a slap and got out of bed. "What do you think you're doing?! I have a boyfriend!" I said I knew that the whole house heard me. Even if my house was not full of vampires that can hear almost anything and was full of humen they could hear my screams for Jason. "But ... but ... you said that ... You're not afraid of Jacob anymore and that you take the risk and ..." He paused and looked down. "Jason, I had no hidden agendas unlike you. I was talking only about the movie. I love Jacob, besides Jacob not violent, to me anyway." I said angrily. Jacob is the most wonderful guy I knew in my life and Jason thinks he's a bully. I know that Jake looks like a bully with all those muscles but not outside states, when do people understand that. "Jason, I think it's best for you to go now" I told him and opened the door. "Nessie I'm sorry it won't happen again. I promise. Let's be just friends." He said as he begs for my forgiveness. "I'm still your friend, I just need time to think. I think I better that you go now, see you tomorrow at school" I said. He got out of bed and I escorted him out. "Bye Nessie" he said. "Bye" I replied, a bit sorry that I was too angry about him. He did not understand me right. I think it's better that I not tell it to Jacob that he won't pissed off for no reason and that he won't let me see more of Jason. I wanted to see again Jason, he made me laugh, and it was a good way to pass the time when Jacob was not with me. It was late and Jacob didn't come yet. I began to feel the sadness and then suddenly I heard knocking on the door. It was Jacob. I didn't see him for two days. Yesterday it did not count because I was drunk. I opened the door and pounced hug. He grabbed my hand and we have room. "I'm sorry I came so late but I promised you to come." Then he started talking about what happened yesterday. "Nessie I'm sorry for what happened yesterday, I thought you drank voluntarily. I know who you are, and I know you don't do things like that. Except that's my entire fault, I didn't told you that I'm not coming to school. You got nervous and you came and waited until the evening for me to come, you saw that I didn't come so you went to the club "I hates when Jacob takes all the blame on himself."Jake, it's not your fault! It's anybody's fault. Please, let's move the subject I don't want to waste my time with you on an argument about who is guilty and who is not guilty," I put my hands around his neck. "I'd rather waste my time in ... a different way." I said and we both laughed. He smashed his lips against my lips. My fingers were moving in his hair. I pulled him into my bed and then he retreat. "I crossed the line." he said and lay down by the bed next to me. "I do not care" I said and went up to him. I tried to kiss him but as I feared he would not let me and he pushed me aside. "Nessie, you know how hard it is for me to resist to you when you're tempting me like that? You know the rules of your father, I don't want to violate them." I sighed. Why did my father have to intervene? It's my life, not his. I know what I want, and what's good for me. He doesn't need to make the decisions for me. "It's okay, I understand it's because my dad, he wants the best for me and I love him. But still we can kiss, I mean just kissing." I said as I emphasize the word only. He nodded and kissed me. "Nessie it's late I have to go," he said, kissing me one last kiss. He got out of bed and began to walk toward the door suddenly stopped and looked at the floor. He bent to pick up something, it was a wallet. "Who's that?" He asked as he opened the wallet and examines him." Jason Malarkey? This is not the boy that in math class with us? What was he doing in your room? "He said harshly." He did not understand the math homework so I...helped him." Jacob knows me well, I just like my mother, a bad liar. "Nessie, will you tell me what happened? I know you are lying, something happened beyond what you're telling me." I had trouble to get the words out. "He kissed me ... but it was an accident!" Jacob looked startled, he did not expect it. "What do you mean by mistake? How can he accidentally kiss you?" He said pretty nervous. "He thought I felt something for him and I told him I want to be just his friend. End of the story." I moved into Jacob. I wrapped my hands around his neck. "You know I love only you" I said frankly and sent him a smile. He smiled back. "I know, but without friends" I released my hands and stepped back to look at his face. "What do you mean without friends?! What I'm 10 years old! Now you like my father with these rules?" He looked at me scared of my reaction. "Nessie, there's no 'guy friends' at this age all the boys want the same thing. Except that this guy had already said clearly what his feelings for you. So how can you be friends?" He said calmly. "Really?! So how do you and my mother were friends even though she knew you loved her?" I felt so proud at that moment that I thought about that fact that my mother and Jacob were friends despite his love for her. "It's totally different to my and your mother story, there's no comparison." He said with shame, as if I was talking about his past as a prisoner escaped. He knew it sounded odd that he was in love with my mother, but I learned everything in our family can be and nothing is strange. "Jake Trust me I know what I'm doing" I said and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "I trust you, I just do not want to get hurt." I lowered my head. He grabbed my face and lifted them up to my gaze was turned on his. "I'm sorry if I offended you, I will make it up for you and I will take you to the movie tomorrow." I smiled at him. This will be my first official meeting with him. "You promise?" I asked eagerly." Promises "he said. He kissed me on the forehead and started to move toward the door. I escort him down. I gave him one last kiss and he left.
