I lay my head on the cold glass of the bus. The world passes by so quickly when your in a bus, or any moving vehicle, so why can't time do the same?It feels like I've been sitting here for decades. I look at my phone for the time, seeing it was already 8:00pm.
Perfect.I scan through my screen to see the song I was listening to just changed. I almost immediately recognize the tune of "Lemon Boy" by Cavetown.
I lip sync the words of the chorus as I closed my phone and looked out the window again.
"Lemon boy and I started to get along together.
I helped him find his seeds and we
mowed the lawn in bad weather.
It's actually pretty
easy being nice to a bitter boy like him, so I call myself a citrus friend."( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) TIME SKIP ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
🍋🍋🍋The bus stops at an all too familiar town. I get off the bus and I start to walk towards Ice Castle Hasetsu.
My walk turns into a jog, my jog into a sprint, until I'm full out running towards the rink.
I smash through the doors (ok that is a LITTLE exaggerated), and slam my hands in the main reception desk.I see a Yuko walk out from behind the desk. She doesn't really seem to be paying attention to who is on the other side of the desk, for she is looking at the time and grabbing her purse from a compartment attached to the inside of the desk.
"I'm sorry, the rink is closed at the moment. Come back at 10:30am tomarrow-" she cuts of when she sees me.
"(Y/N)?"
Forgive me for any Spelling, word association, or name errors. It literally took me 5 minutes to remember the name of the town.
***The main character is 16 by the way
