Age fourteen part 2

Ace was standing in the living room when blade came walking down. He was wearing a clown mask. "whatcha doing?" he asked her. "dad said I can come with you guys!" She said cheerily. Blade looked over at joker raising his brows. Joker just shrugged his shoulders. "She's old enough" Joker said. Ace just smiled at blade. "okay leta go" Joker said walking out of the house. Ace followed him. Blade shook his head and walked out after them. They got into the black van. More of jokers henchmen getting in the one behind them. Driving to the nearest bank. Before getting out joker handed ace a silicon mask. She looked at it. It was a pale white clown face with generic face paint and rosy red cheeks. Ace looked up at her dad with a  'are you serious' face. "don't need the news finding out who my newest recruit is and besides you still go to public school" he said. Ace sighed putting the mask on her face. She looked at blade who burst into laughter the mask looked so odd the small fourteen year old. "You think this is funny?" she asked him. Blade laughed even harder at her muffled voice he nodded his head yes. "you know what fuck you blade" she said flipping him off. "language!" Joker scolded his daughter. "sorry" she mumbled. Joker opened the door and got out so did blade and ace. They walked behind Joker into a bank. One of jokers henchmen raised his gun in the air and shot it off. The people inside screamed. "okay listen up no one will get hurt if you listen to me" Joker said obviously enjoying there fear. They all stayed immobile scared for there lives. Ace walked up to her fathers side. "here go tie those people up" he instructed handing her a thing of rope. She nodded her head and walked over to the group of people. There were five men three women a little girl and a teen boy. The boy looked up into ace's eyes. His bright blue eyes shone as of trying to hold back tears to be brave. Meanwhile the little girls lip was quivering and her little body was shaking. The men just stood there and the women also quivered one woman had her arm wrapped around the little girl. She felt a ting in her chest the feeling of guilt. "hands" ace instructed. They all stuck out there hands. Jade tied each persons hands separately making it harder for them to escape. "don't move" she said. They nodded. By now jokers henchmen had tied all the people up and blade and joker were feeling bags with money. "Princess!" Joker yelled out to his daughter. She looked over to him. He motioned her to go over to him. She walked over to her father, he threw a bag of money into her hands. "go to the van" he said. She nodded and headed outside. She threw the money into the vehicle she was about to get in when a strong gripped her. Turning around she seen batman. Her mouth fell open. This was the second time she had seen him. The first was when she was driving with her dad. He had landed on top of the car and her father made her shoot threw the roof that had been when she was twelve two years ago. "get your hands off of me!" she shouted. Batman kept his grip tight on her arm. She brought her gun up to batman and shot it the bullet came back at her flying right behind her and going through the soft metal of the van. "let her go!" a mans baritone barked. Batman turned around to be face to face with joker. "Joker" Batman said flatly. He let go of ace's arm and went after joker. "your coming with me" batman said. He took out a pair of zip tie cuffs putting joker in them. There were bullets flying all around ace was now ducked down towards the ground tears streamed down her face under the silicone mask. There are police sirens in the background and jokers henchmen are scattering to get into a vehicle. "dad!" Ace yelled. Joker just have her a smile but she could see under it was a frightened man not knowing when he would see his daughter again. Blade pulled on ace and she kicked and screamed calling for her dad. Blade shushed her. They got into the van and a henchmen started to drive away. He pulled the clown mask off the girls face. Tears were streaming down her cheeks. Blade hushed her and held her tight to his chest.
