Brianna's POV

I'm on my way to my new school. I looked at my mom and she gave me a warm smile. What if no one likes me? I don't want to be bullied again. I thought to myself. We get to the school and walk into the office. "Hi. I need the schedule for Brianna Baker." my mom says. She smiles and hands me my scheduale. I look at it and see I have art first. I go to my locker and put in the combination they gave me. I grab my books and head to class. I find it easily and walk in. "Class. This is Brianna. She is a new student so be nice. Do you need help finding your classes?" the teacher asked. I nodded my head. "Ok. Lauren will help you find your classes. Lauren. Raise your hand." A really pretty and probably popular girl raised her hand. I saw the only empty seat was next to her so I sat there. As I'm listening to the teacher, i feel someone tap my shoulder. I turn to see Lauren staring at me. "Your name's Brianna, right?" I just nod my head. One thing I forgot to say. I'm mute. I haven't spoken since one specific day.
