What awaits in Utah?

Lakota, Is in the car for many hours to get to Utah. Lakota stairs out the window trying to avoid any eye contact with her mom,Kendal . Kendal is a raging bitch to Lakota. When they get to Vernal, Utah they stop for food, but Lakota refuses to eat. Lakota's' Mom is pissed. So Kendal keeps driving. The make it to Indian Canyon and they just sit there in silence. A hour and a half they finally reach where he dad live is Utah. Lakota tries to convince her mom that she is perfectly fine. Kendal finally just yells that she has to go. So its 10:00 o'clock at night when she gets in the house. So Lakota goes to bed. The next morning she wakes up and gets ready for her first day at her new school. Lakota did like that school but the people were okay. Not many people knew Lakota she was a outsider. That night Lakota sits up crying and hopping no one knows or hears. Lakota was waiting for reason not to cut her wrists, but she couldn't find one. She sits there watching the blood fall to the floor. She suddenly gets super light headed . About thirty minutes later he step mom walks down to her room and sees her lying there on the floor. She calls the ambulance and they show up and take her. They asked her step mom if she had any suicidal thoughts. She had no answer. All she said was " She has been super sad and aggressive but never suicidal. She's always been a happy girl I don't know what happened." The doctor told her step mom that Lakota was to stay in the hospital for the next few days or so. Lisa went home because she had two other kids at home to take care of. Two weeks later no one came to visit Lakota, so Lakota was released even though she should have been. She walks to her house and sees her step mom takeoff care of the new baby. Lisa was happy Lakota was out, but she had many questions for Lakota. In all reality Lisa just wanted to know why. So she asks and Lakota answers "I don't need a reason for you to know why I have an answer but it's not your business." Lisa walks away. That very night Lakotas' room was searched for any sharp objects. Lisa did not find any so Lakota was allowed to sleep in her bed that night. Lakota wakes up at 5:00 to get a drink of water. Her step mom is on the phone with her dad that's in Alabama and tells him everything. Lakota decided to go back down stairs and go back to bed till 6. She wakes up and throws on her black hoodie and walks out the door for school. She arrived at school and many people were starring at her. While she was walking down hall she hears " Slut, whore, cutter, emo, attention seeker." But then she hears "Damn she's beautiful!" It was the new guy in her language arts class. He was tall, beautiful, and had pretty blue eyes. He walks up and introduces himself as Kaiden he asked her what her name was so she answers. He asked " May I walk you to your next class?" Of course she says yes. He walks her to class then gives her his number and walked away.
